I love my car wash! So close to my house! Staff is so friendly every time! Once I accidentally locked my keys in the car while here, and one of the attendants bought me a soda from the nearby gas station while I waited for the locksmith! So sweet! It speaks to the atmosphere among staff! We subscribe to the monthly membership, which gets us unlimited car washes each month plus vacuums, mat cleaning, window cleaner, and extra bug cleaning station (comes in handy during love bug season). The reason for only 4 stars is... At the beginning of the car wash the attendant stands to the left of my car guiding me in. They spray the car with a pretreating spray, but only on one side of the car??... This just seems weird to me. There should be another attendant on the passenger side spraying that side as well! So weird. In addition, the brushes inside the tunnel regularly miss sections of my car due to the way they're positioned. So...I have to get out and clean off those areas myself once I go through. This car wash is now called Misters car wash. just wasted $20 at this car wash. There is a level of clean that you would expect from a car wash, & this car wash missed that level. There was soap which has now dried into my paint that I have to get re washed. The inside of the wheels were missed completely. Along with the back of my truck. When I went to the vacuum station they didn't have towels, or glass cleaner etc. The things you would expect to see at a car wash. Not a good experience for me bcuz I could have done a better job washing my truck at a self service car wash. Which I will now do from this point forward. I don't have to touch on the machine asking for a tip ( which is the first time I ever saw that at a car wash ) bcuz there are plenty of people who already said enough. Driving by on a Saturday evening decided to get my car washed as it had been a HOT minute. This fairly new location located on SR 54 was convenient as the one I typically goto is further from my home. I opted for the $13 wash that includes the tire shine. I can admit a day later the tire shine did not exist so there's that. Pulled into the dry/vacuum spots and to my luck the vacuum was not working properly. Pulled into another and same. Frustrating. All in all, for the convenience I may go back but there are other car washes that definitely hit the mark better and for the price. read more

I love a clean car. first stop is to the bug washing station. Scrub them off yourself. and a little rim scrubbing. Then off to the gate. Unlimited Car wash membership with Military Discount ($32monthly). Gates up in line. A quick spray. Turn off automated wipers. Tons of water dumped on car. once out you have shaded areas to vacuum, blow out and wipe your car down. For price and service at this location, worth it! My Cons; car is not dried at exit, rims still have lots of brake dust caked on. each location has its own cons. discounted membership worth it. read more

When this place first opened, it was great, but it's slowly gotten worse. The blowers don't dry your car as well, the equipment breaks down and isn't repaired timely and worst of all, the service there is not good. They run out of clean towels and don't care and don't refill them timely. I sent an email on their website form that went unanswered. Their other sites seem OK, but I'd avoid this one if you have any other options. read more

I have been a patron of this business for years, and it WAS my favorite car wash. I will not spend another dime here. I went through the wash with my F-150, and I ended up getting scratches on the driver's side doors. I showed up a week later on July 18th and showed them the damage. They stated they only kept video of the washes for 4 days, and they had no other reports from customers during this time period. I was told this would be reported to the manager, and they could see if it could be buffed out. I do not see how these scratches could be buffed out because of how deep they are. No call from the manager. Once again, another business that will not take responsibility for damage they cause to customers. Disappointing. Touch-less washes from now on. read more

I was excited to find this business built near me and have used it quite a few times. I am a veteran and bought the premium membership so I can come as much as I want. This morning I went in for a wash and was left waiting at the gate when my magnetic pass should have opened the gate. Finally, the gate was opened and I pulled in. The guy who sprays the outside before you enter did not spray my car. He would not make eye contact. I asked him why and he said it wasn't working. I just saw him spray the car before me and I watched him spray the car after mine. I went thru the wash and noticed no soap was coming out, only water. I started to take this personally when I got to the ceramic wash and it stayed off. I went on my way but came back 3 hours later with my video camera on. Once again, I was locked out even though multiple cars were passing in the next lane with no problem. He brought a electronic device out and clicked on my magnetic strip that proves I paid. He kept clicking on it and I asked if he was trying to deactivate my membership? He then opened the gate with a key and let me thru. He noticed I was recording as did the guy who sprayed before entry so now I got normal service but I am not sure if my membership was deactivated. It's hard not to take this personally. read more
