Deano is very responsive. He also answers his phone 24 hours a day which was nice to have someone answer at 9:00pm and schedule for the next day. Normally, I would not expect that and thought I would be leaving a message, instead I schedule a next day service and was able to quickly get the work done. The price was higher than I expected with my knowledge in the industry however, I needed it completed & decided not to waste my time waiting for another company. Nick showed up to service & was early, very helpful and moved quick. He explained the process & made it a very simple experience. Carpets are not fully dry yet however look great so far. The only place to hire if you need carpet repairs. The owner's familiy has been in that exact line of work since the 30s. Very happy with the work, and much less expensive than replacing even a portion of your living area large rug. Damage repaired was in a hard to notice place, so this was a no brainer even for houses where guests and family holidays congregate. A carpet match will most likely be better if you have carpet scraps from when your current carpet on hand for him. Even then the differences will be noticeable if you look at the exact repaired are due to your current carpet wear, dirt/stains, and/or sun damage. They take credit/debit cards and cash, but have a back up plan, as his phone he takes payments on was on the fritz the day he came. He's a very personable guy, and will tell a yarn or two about the history of his carpet repair business if you like. He doesn't like to drive North through Seattle if he can help it, so weekends or non rush hour scheduled times will be better for him, as he is semi-retired. read more

They came to my house & handled the entire interior of my SUV in about 1.5 hours. He was very knowledgeable & the cost was reasonable. Once he finished up, I had him come in the house & check out our carpets (hasn't been professionally cleaned in a couple years), & price me out. I was surprised with the price, in a good way, & we set the date. The boss called the day before to confirm the appointment. He showed up early the next day & got to work! Carpets turned out amazing! We had a serious cat urine problem, and long story short, I can't remove the cats. This means Deano comes and visits every time the cats get worked up. After no less than 5 visits, I can say he does an amazing job. We used other people before All Season, but one time in an emergency my wife inadvertently used someone else. I've had Dino come do my carpets and micro fiber furniture twice and one thing is for sure, they do an amazing job! In addition to my house which had urine order from a previous dog, my parents also had a urine odor problem that was gone in one visit, in both homes and never came back. On my last visit they shampooed my furniture once again, which was a big job considering I have two dogs that like to sit against it. After the job was done and Deano was gone stains began to surface. Deano's team came back and took care of the stains. 5 stars for excellent costumer service! I expected better results. Stairs were still somewhat dirty looking and the previous stains that were on the living room carpet went from bad to worse. (maybe the enzyme he used). Went over it with a Bissell pro heat and it got a lot of the dirt/stains out. Probably would not use their service again. read more

I just happened to come across All Season on Yelp. I can't say enough about the great job they did! I will definitely use them again. They cleaned approximately 1,200 sq ft of file and light colored grout. 15 years of wear - and it's just like new. Deano asked if he could clean my carpet on the stairs to show me that I really don't need to replace it. I couldn't believe the difference.
