I was recommended to use this pet grooming place by my friend. Unfortunately, when I picked up my dog, his belly skin had been abraded from a very close shave and they accidentally cut off one of his nails up to where it actually came out of his paw, so he was in pain for quite awhile and I had to take him to my vet. I would have appreciate them telling me about these two accidents but they said nothing. read more

Our cat is not the friendliest guy and we took our long-haired curmudgeon on Sunday morning around 8am. We really thought it may not happen because he bit the heck out of dad and peed before arriving. Once we got there, we shared what had occurred and they told us that if there was an issue, they would let us know-we understood and just hoped for the best. We figured just to shave him-he's got knots and matting. Lo and behold, we got a text about an hour later stating it was time to come and get and him. We showed up and he looked AMAZING!!! They were able to do a waterless shampoo treatment and shave as well. He even got a Halloween tie We'll definitely be coming back!!! Great service, friendly and helpful. read more

DO NOT GO THERE! My dog came home with 2 bleeding nails. I called the place and the owner was so rude and offered no solution. We had to take my dog to the vet. TERRIBLE PLACE! They will hurt your dog! Be careful! Update: yes I spoke with the "owner" I have my call records, my payment and I even offered to share my vet bill. I was initially told you went on vacation, then I called several times and got a call back from the "owner" who said "they will check cameras" and that was the last I heard from them. I called several times after that with no response, each time, the owner wasn't available. read more

I was passing through with a puppy who needed her anal gland expressed on our way on a road trip & they were able to accommodate date us last minute. i wish i had gotten the gals name who helped me on the phone & in person because she just absolutely made my day with how accommodating and helpful she was. we were in & out in less than 5 minutes & they even put a bow on my pup! i highly recommend even if you're just passing through. read more

Taking my pet elsewhere! **Charged for services not completed. Took my cat for a groom. I thought I was paying for the full cat grooming package on the website (starting at $65) which includes: "Cat Packages * Shampoo * Brush out & blow dry * Nail trim * Sanitary trim * Full shave * Lion clip * Light body trim * Fluffy tail, shave tail, pom pom tail * Ear cleaning" I arrived to find my cat in her bag on the table surrounded by giant dogs all around her. I could see she was visibly scared so I quickly paid ($81) and that's when the employee told me they didn't actually do the whole service (only a choppy hair cut, no bath or anything else). I asked why I was charged the full price and she said "we charge even though we didn't do it". She stated there was no manager for me to speak to. I got in contact with the owner (believe her name was Holly) who was extremely rude and condescending over the phone. She kept muttering under her breath and ultimately became borderline unprofessional to speak with. There's much better groomers in the area so I will be going somewhere else from now on. read more

Alyssa did a fabulous job grooming my dog, Bailey. My rescue dog gets anxious going in the car or being left anywhere, so I had been having someone come to the house. This was my first time bringing my dog to this place and my last time. I called to make an appointment for Thursday July 17th or Friday July 18th they said they had an opening for Thursday to bring her by 10:30 am and they can take her in. I brought her in at that time. As soon as I got there and walked in The staff looked annoyed and not welcoming at all. They got my information and they grabbed my dog out my hands they didn't even ask if I could hand her to them or anything they just grabbed her straight from my hands. From that moment I should've token my dog right back and left. That was so rude and uncalled for. Idk what they did to my poor dog she looked so upset and hurt when I got her back her tail was between her legs and she was shaking. She didn't want to get close to me on the car ride back home. I got home and checked her body to see if she had any cuts or bruising or anything that shows she was being harmed and I found that she has razor cuts and burns. I'm so hurt and I failed my dog. I should've never trusted those people with my dog. read more

We read the first groom can be a little tough on them.. we went pretty short on his coat and I think he felt not himself. I can't recommend this pet spa enough! Steph has been styling my Maltipoo(10yrs) for years and always does a great job- my girl comes home preening! The update I really want to talk about is when I took my dad's (78yrs) elderly golden retriever (13yrs) in. He has had a fear of groomers ever since a big brand store gave her back shaved down to the skin with burns... plus he enjoyed bathing her himself. Unfortunately, with my mother's sickness and consequent passing, the dog loving the pool, her bad arthritis, and his age, she had gotten too many knots/matted for me to handle by myself. I babysat while he was out of town and wanted to surprise him. When I told them the story (it was a pleading, really lol) they were able to make room for her as well as accommodate her age/arthritis. I pleaded w Angela to try her best not to shave her all the way if it could be helped (a nearly impossible task) because I didn't want him to get upset I'd done this thing. Well! 2.5 hrs later (a whole day if you ask her lol) I showed up to a gorgeous puppy! She was a whole new dog; the new 'do' took years off her looks! To say I was struck speechless (in a good way) is an understatement. She barely had to shave her and let me tell you, it was no easy feat as her fur was a war zone! The owner(s) have always been awesome but this time he helped me out to the car and gently put her inside for me. I could have cried with all the love and care given to her. This VERY arthritic dog was practically 'running' around later. To say everyone was wow'd by her is yet another understatement and I'm very happy to say that my dad was quite grateful. read more

I've been here once before to get my dogs nails clipped, the lady who clipped them was quick, efficient and sweet to my baby (it was his first time getting any kind of grooming done) Fast forward two years, it's quarantine and my boy tries to get in my bed but is stinky so I look up groomers that are open on Sunday. Anything but PetSmart (I've seen mixed reviews and am weary of going there) I find this place and remember we had a great initial experience. I call and get a 1pm appointment right away, same day. Then get told I can come it right away. Score! I head down there's a small line. One owner allowed in at a time with a mask as per social distancing guidelines they take down my information and take my boy back. Only downside is, I didn't see a price list or "menu" but I may not have been paying much attention. Had a nice little chat with the owner(?) and felt better about leaving my boy. Got a call roughly two hours later and get there to find this shiny handsome boy with a cute little ascot on he smells great, looks shiny any healthy! Not the best job at deshedding, but I may try trimming him next time to see if that helps. Overall, a great experience though. Will return and do recommend. read more

Ever since we got our pup, Mochi, my mom and I have yet to find a good grooming place until we went here! It was not only inexpensive but great services. Only thing that I would suggest is to always check with the front desk and ask how long it will take for them to be done because we asked and they said it will take at least 2 hours. However, I got a call saying they were done when it has been only 30 minutes since we left and we were already close to home. And also, the girl on the phone wasn't friendly either. Other than that, we will come back and hopefully, a nicer front desk will answer the phone and talk to us! read more

I called twice asking for them to do my dogs anal glands, they said they took walk ins for that. I come in and a lady says "we don't do that, who told you that?", girl says I did so they made her take my dog out back. Less than a minute she comes back saying there is nothing and charges me $10. Dog owners, when have we been wrong about our dog needing their glands expressed? Its a very strong odor none of us can miss or go wrong with!! Do not recommend this place, they are rude and clearly not well organized * since I am unable to reply to her response, I will type it here :) . I am currently at petco where they are expressing his glands and say there is something to express. I would absolutely pay for the service if it was done( which i still paid). But why should I have to pay $10 for a less than a minute service that was not even done? Absolutely you can recommend taking to the vet, but if you are not providing that service then maybe you should remove the anal gland service from your website and inform your employees about it? * read more

They were able to fit me in earlier when there was a cancellation which was awesome. I took my miniature American Eskimo, Abby in and they washed and deshedded her. They also trimmed up the scraggly looking hair. This is one of the best groomings that she has had. When I picked her up she was soft and fluffy and was no longer "blowing her coat".
