The team is so compassionate and skilled. My senior dog is a rescue who has had a previous injury. They were very careful to wash him and even able to trim his nails and brush his teeth, which is something that he will not let most groomers perform. They were incredibly accommodating and let me drop off not 1 but 3 dogs at once for a bath & brush and we're ready for pick up in less than two hours. Thank you so much for your amazing service. I was recommended this groomer by a friend and sorry to say I am not satisfied. I reached out by text message and have not received any reply. So as a previous business owner myself, I would say customer service is not their specialty along with grooming. I had 3 small dogs groomed. A Maltese who is very obedient has uneven cut along with razor burn on her belly. She is 6.5 years old and has never been razor burned at previous groomers. My daughter's Poodle is shaved bald. I asked for poodle cut and wanted the legs to look poodle cut and told the groomer when I handed her to her. Ears were not brushed out completely either. My daughter was so upset when she seen her. The other dog is short hair and came out fine. But I three had only one bow on one ear? Usually the groomer puts a bow on each ear, this looked unfinished. I immediately called and made appointments with my regular groomer. I just wanted to try out a mobile groomer since I now have 3 dogs to be groomed and thought it would be easier. Mobile pet spa is a joke. The number they have on file is a complete waste of time. Very poor communication. They try and cover themselves by saying leave a text message we are very busy but even when you do takes forever to hear back and the moment they message you and you respond takes hours again before they respond. Then they give you attitude saying sorry we "aren't on the phone all day" lol wouldn't you be on the phone the moment you chose to respond ?? Anyways seems like they are just disorganized and if you're a busy person or have things lined up expect to waste your whole day. Not only was she kind, but she went the extra mile by sending me a photo of Melody after her haircut, which I really appreciated. When I walked in I saw she had a great rapport with a lot of her clients. She remembered the names and styles of their furr babies and that immediately made me feel comfortable. Letty let me know she'd give Melody the cut I wanted but would adjust if needed, and I really appreciated that. As a first time pet parent, I really don't know much about grooming, so I liked that she balanced my preference with her experience. I'm an overprotective and cautious pet-parent, and I got immediate good vibes walking into Scruffy to Fluffy. If you want a groomer who is trustworthy, kind, and great at their job, I would go to Scruffy to Fluffy. P.S., Kayla assisted me at the front desk when picking up Melody and was also extremely kind! Scruffy to fluffy, where do I start? I would be lying if I told you that I didn't fall in love with them from the start. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years, I am talking about consistently, every month and a half or so taking my Shih Tzu Bella. Thus, I thought it was time to make a review. And I have to say, I have never, NEVER, not ONCE been disappointed by this place! They have always been very friendly and precise with my requests. I must say, that you have to be specific with every detail of what you expect on your dog, this goes for any groomer. (Blade level, teddy face, don't cut ears/tail/lashes etc.) I think this is ideal for both parties to be happy! On average, Bella would be at the groomers for about 4 hours given the morning overload of drop offs, sometimes it would be as little as 2 hours. (She was obsessed with this place, loved every second of it). My Shih Tzu, Bella, has recently passed and I must say that Scruffy To Fluffy always kept her safe and looking fabulous all these years. Expect holiday photo shoots and fabulous bows and scarfs! *Thank you Scruffy to Fluffy for all the great years!* *disclaimer: I think we have to know our dogs, and know if they are not comfortable going to a groomer, I believe this is key. They took a full 7 hours to groom my dog, after us calling twice then when we finally got to pick him up they didn't tell us they cut/gashed my poor dog very badly on his inner thigh..... my poor little guy is now forever traumatized and it took him over 2 months to completely heal. We have been taking our dogs to scruffy to fluffy for a while and we have been having continuous issues with them. I have 3 dogs, which their employees claim they love, I've never gotten bad reports about any of them. Small scratches or burns I can understand especially when I ask for my dog's hair to be trimmed extremely short, but my corgi was very fluffy when we brought her in. I asked for a shorter length but I know there should still be a guard on their devices when they're cutting hair. This is just flat out unacceptable. This isn't a small Knick in her skin or a scratch that is a full on indentation in her coat and her stomach. This place has very low prices for a reason and I think they shouldn't be allowed to give grooming appointments to dogs under these conditions. They never do the cuts or treatments we ask and then when we pick up our dog they add on charges and say our dog needed something different. Didn't even cut his nails, only buzzed around his butt. Initially said $45 for a trim and nails. When my son went to pick up our dog they charged him $85 for no trim (besides his butt) and no nail cut. He had an appointment at 10:00am and didn't finish until 4 hours later, and there was barely any dogs there. Never going back, they WILL mistreat your dogs! read more

I get a rude call asking if I knew they closed at 4pm and my response was "you realize you just texted me at 3:40 saying they would be done at 4:10pm". I've come here two times with appointments, (which are easy to make) Both times they had openings the next day. They also have walk-ins but appointments are preferred. This place is packed with dogs! They mean business! Today they did an excellent job on my dog's haircut. The groomer called me to reconfirm his haircut before she trimmed him up. I asked for a price sheet for this review, but they said they don't have one. All prices are deemed specifically for your pooch depending on what services you want. July 2023 the price was $55.00 for my dog which weighs around 14 lbs. Which I think is a fair price! I will be coming again! They do not take any credit cards as forms of payment. I took my puppy in at 9:30 in the morning and I had no phone call at all and by 330. I decided to drive over to see why they have not called me that my puppy was ready and they said that they just had a lot of dogs to groom and that's why they've had him for 5 1/2 hours and all they gave him was water so I do not recommend this place. They didn't honor the appointment time. They had my baby in a kennel from 10 to 2 and no services were done on him. When I went to checked on him, I was told he wouldn't be ready until closing, which was at 4. My poor baby was thirsty and had to use the restroom. I love Scruffy to Fluffy!! I've been taking my two Malteses here for a few years. The girls are always so good with my two fur babies. My babies seem to like it too...they aren't scared when we go in to the spa. They always looks so handsome/pretty when I pick them up. My little girl usually has cute flowers or bows in her hair and my boy has a cute handkerchief. He wears this proudly! He likes looking handsome! Sometimes, if things aren't too busy, they will take pics of my babies and send them to me when they are done. I love this!! I don't know how they get them to pose so well, but I always look forward to this little "bonus" they do for us. My son is grown and has moved out of our home, so I always send him the picture too. He loves it! They also have the Scruffy Mobile that will pick up dogs and wash them at your home. I haven't used this, but I think it is pretty awesome for those that can't get out to take their dogs to the groomer. Their prices are very reasonable. The owner is very knowledgeable and sweet!
