I trusted her with my baby and she's obviously took very good care of her. It was her first visit to the groomers and her first haircut so she could only cut her face her paws and her little butt, but she was shampooed. She got a blueberry facial. Charged me $120 which at first we thought was ridiculous but our dog wasn't gonna shed as much anymore within the next 3 months (so they said). Hi Delilah. I am very disappointed with the outcome of Khan's grooming. His fur is extremely uneven and choppy. The groomers also cut his dew claw too short to the point where he is bleeding from it. I have a 8yr old cat that I have taken to this groomer for YEARS. I take her at least every 1.2 years for a lions cut. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I recently scheduled an appointment with them and show up to the appointment and they claim to have ZERO record of her ever being at this groomer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked if they changed their software or under new management because this is the only groomer she's ever been to due to a lot of groomers not grooming without sedation or groom cats in general. Every time I've ever taken her I always mentioned beforehand that she can be a little cranky, especially when it comes to a nail trim but not once did I ever say she was aggressive. It's never been an issue before and with prior grooms after they say "yeah she wasn't happy" but never negative feedback. Today they came up with every scenario that could go wrong with the groom and they basically said she was going to be a liability so they recommended to sedate her but I personally don't like to do that unless I absolutely have to for certain situations. They said they would do the groom BUT if she acted up in anyway I will be charged for the service and they won't do the groom.....yeah no thanks I don't trust that. I know my cat's personality and I know she's not aggressive and I can't trust that they won't lie on her actions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The fact that I've taken her there for years and they all of sudden say they have no record of her being there is ABSURD.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you didn't want to do it just say that or if you changed your policies just say that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After today and the nonsense that went on, we will now be finding a new groomer. this is the worst place for doodles. they said they can groom my doodles and this is the second time we've taken them there. they mistook my dog for a girl when he clearly is a boy and they do a half ass job at grooming them and claim the reason is because my dog has too much energy. Would definitely not recommend this establishment. Took my dog for a haircut/wash and they neglected to do the haircut. When i picked her up they said if anything wasnt to our liking they could fix it. I asked if they could trim her feet and ear hair since that's what i had paid for and they tried to upcharge another $20 after i just paid $92 for the haircut. He could have easily given up but he was patient and kind. All members of the staff were just amazing and helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer and you should give them a try too!!! My wife called me and asked if I would pick up her Poodle from the grooming salon today. When I got there to pick Wintson up, our Poodle, I was told it was $110.00. I was very disappointed when the lady handed me Wintson. We had taken Wiston back in the September and were charged $85.00 for trimming, Shampoo, condition his hair, brush his teeth, cleaned around his eyes, trimmed his nails and filed them smooth. My son who dropped off Wiston told them we wanted the same service as last time, but instead all he got was a trim, and his nails clipped, but not filed leaving his nails Jagged. i had such high hopes for this place reading the past reviews but i suggest NOT bringing your dog if there's more than one animal there at a time. i asked for a TRIM, WASH, and NAIL TRIM, with some blueberry facial crap to spoil my baby. not only when i picked him up was he COMPLETELY BALD, she was calling him "ripely" when his name is "bear" , she was LITERALLY gonna send me home with someone else's dog. she completely switched my dogs grooming session/services with another dog and still charged me $80 for the whole service. i will never be coming here again and very much suggest anyone else coming here to make sure they at least know your dogs name because i guess a 10 minute consultation BEFORE my dog was even taken back didn't even matter. read more

Was hesitant to write a bad review.. I took my dog in for a full groom including bath a couple months back. She got through with a bath but was too scared for the clippers as I was told. Then then called me to say she got a bath but once they started to groom, she couldn't stay still so they only groomed half of her (as the lady said on the phone). I was okay with this and didn't mind picking her up! I picked her up and they still hadn't brushed her and she wasn't groomed at all. I don't mind that she wasn't groomed, but why lie about shaving half of her? Then I was charged $40 for a bath and i'm not sure what else because she looked exactly the same. I picked her up and she seemed scared which is what worried me the most. Overall, I just didn't appreciate how I was lied to and how my pup felt at the end, sorry. Such a great experience! My 88lb 6 year old Australian shepherd has never been professionally groomed so I was quite nervous. They did an assessment on my dog before taking him back just to make sure he would be able to cooperate- I was happy about this I had no idea how he would react. I took my dog in for a nail trim. I called ahead and they said they accept walk-ins for nail trims and to just show up during Open hours. I arrived and was not greeted by any of the three staff members in clear view. Within a minute or two, an employee finally approached me and asked what I needed; after I let them know they recognized me from my phone call, great! I let them know my dog might be a little difficult when getting his nails trimmed, they tried anyway. After a few brief moments, one of the technicians working on him make a phone call asking for assistance and a man emerged from the back of house to assist. Prior to resuming, an individual seated near the back shouted something to the effect of "that's gonna be extra!!" referring to the additional help required, which I agreed to. Shortly thereafter, my dog's nails were done. Overall an unprofessional environment. Although the efficiency in getting my dog in was great AND they didn't hurt him in the process. I would still likely return; but they REALLY need to step up in the area of professionalism. read more
