I think he ended up spending maybe 15 or 20 minutes washing the exterior, then charged me $125, which is apparently the price for a truck (I just have a small SUV). I don't really understand the retention economics (or lack thereof) here? Why make $125 once when you could make that amount every month, or multiple times per month, from repeat customers by literally doing what you advertise? FWIW, the exterior wash was good, and it was a same day booking (and they were very responsive, arrived on time, etc).

Everything came out great. The PPF installation is extremely clean and seamless, you honestly can't even tell that PPF has been applied. And even thought the insurance covered the damage, we found that the paint and damage was decreased by the wrap. I've recommended Union to friends and all have been satisfied.
