There were always cobwebs and dust left around the house, the kitchen rug was never vacuumed even though we asked every time, and simple notes were misunderstood. We asked for the stove to be cleaned and she cleaned the oven instead, which felt like wasted time. This was with biweekly cleanings, so it wasn't like she was walking into a home that had been neglected. At the very first cleaning, we pointed out that there was spaghetti sauce on the wall in the bathroom and expected it to be cleaned. When it was missed and we asked about it, she said she thought we were joking. There was no reason for us to joke about that, and it showed us that instructions were not being taken seriously from the start. We were told when we signed up that if we ever needed a quick, last-minute cleaning, all we had to do was ask. When we actually requested a same-day 2 hour cleaning, we were made to feel like 2 hours wasn't worth their time or travel, which went against what we were originally told. The house also didn't smell clean after cleanings because the cleaner herself had a strong body odor that lingered in the house. Our last appointment was a no call, no show, and later we were told they were out of town at a dog show. That was the final straw. We can clean our home ourselves in about an hour and do a much better job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Edit: you did offer a free cleaning. But why would I expect you to do a better job cleaning for free vs when I was paying for it? Your time to shine and retain me as a customer was when I was paying for your services, not after I fired you. You've already shown me the quality of service that you have to offer. There's no reason to waste anyone's time with a "free cleaning". I've been getting the "free cleaning" quality the entire time. And not once were we ever given a reminder text about our appointment. I had to reach out every time to confirm our appointment. While communicating with Betty it was always very short answers. Sometimes just no response at all. After having a phone call with the company, I'm advised that the cleaners had some personal issue so now cleaners will come between 1.30-2.30 pm. It's 2.23 pm and I get a message that they are about 30 mins away. This is after I called to find out what was happening. It doesn't stop there. It's past 30 mins and I am following up with them only to be told this cleaner is 5 mins away and they're tracking the GPS. Good news, they finally turn up after 20 mins (vs the 5 mins away message). There are two people. One starts working and the other just looks around the house, speaks to sometime over the phone and says "I'll be back in 40 mins". Surprise! Surprise! She isn't. And only one lady is cleaning. She's mostly on the phone and dusting things, which needed to be re-cleaned after I showed them out wasn't cleaned properly. Please steer clear away from this business. Thanks to them my entire day was wasted! Unscrupulous business. Shoddy service.

We scheduled a deep cleaning service for a house before we moved in. I am going to state that I was sleep deprived and tired that day beyond words and had two young kids in tow to take care of, for the whole 8 hours that their cleaning service was scheduled for. So I did not check or verify the work that was said to be done. They sent one person who wasn't comfortable with English, making communication really difficult. She took 8 hours to basically do nothing. The house was empty. She sprayed a harsh cleaning chemical around the kitchen and refrigerator. It was so bad that it was hard to be in the vicinity and actually observe or supervise what was happening. The work was slow for the first half of the day. About four hours in the kitchen - which wasn't even completed. Found more spaces that needed cleaning after she was 'done'. Somehow three bedrooms, living room, sitting room, dining room - all took less than an hour. The reason for this was that nothing was actually done anywhere. After moving in, every surface I have touched is still dirty. There are webs around the windows she cleaned. The knobs on all kitchen cabinets are greasy. There were big food stains still left in the refrigerator. They were extremely prompt in collecting the payment. But the work was barely superficial. Please DO NOT waste your time and money on their service. They do not deserve a single star on the review.
