He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. At first, we were skeptical about the 2 hour dry time (compared to the typical 1-2 day dry time we were used to from prior carpet cleanings)... but we found this method to be so much better! Effective process safe for pets and children, with very little dry time and no large hoses being dragged in through the house from a truck. This process actually lifts dirt and odors out of the carpet vs. trapping or masking the dirt and odors as some other processes do.
