They had me call the next morning to see if they can fit me in that day. Once I got back on the books two days later, he was 6 hours late and could only do half the job. They didn't bring any tools so they used all of ours we happened to have. We noticed one of our tools was missing when they left. When they arrived the next day to finish the job, we confronted them about the tool and they returned it. A few hours later, we noticed some Airpods were missing, and after using the 'Find My' app, discovered they were in one of the workers pockets. He claimed he picked them up to return them but come on. The owner also left his workers at our house for two hours without water (claiming he's grabbing water) - his workers were asking us for water in 110 degree heat.
