He was prompt, fairly priced, extremely knowledgable, and overall a very likable guy. Also he is very clean when he works. I have heard horror stories of other chimney sweeps that have left soot all over the house. Also, he didn't try and upsell me on anything and included ordinary maintenance in the cost of the sweep. I know for sure any big company would have tried to piecemeal the work so they could charge more. I cannot recommend O'Toole's Chimney Sweep enough!
