Worst experience EVER! Im not a person who really spends their time writing bad reviews unless it gave me an extremely hard time.... , i called in for an AC repair service and my house had a rodent problem according to the AC technician, so my question was will that interfere with getting the AC running and Working, mind you the house is in the valley where is HOT ! So Technician saids " yes i can get it running for you! Soo The next day the AC stops working , air is coming out really slow...so i had a rodent company come out later that week to check in the rodent problem... technician from rodent company mentioned a lot of holes from the AC -__- pipes ... so were both wondering why was work done if it wasn't going to work properly... it just doesnt make sense and its not rocket science to know that you cant fix the problem if the pipes needed to be replaced first... AC technician did his job to get it going but would've he been cleared that air wouldnt come out into the home properly? How is that good service and communication? To me this company just want it to take my money because ive worked with other companies and they are very HONEST AND TRANSPARENT and telling the truth about a better guidance. On top of all this Customer service from technician to manager were just horrible . First interaction with technician was poorly, he inspected around the house which was out of the service i asked for & talked down on other companies work, also asked if i had home depot workers do work at my home which was very disturbing to me. That comment made me feel uncomfortable and brought up to supervisor Stephanie and she laughed, so i asked for her manager and OMYGOD she was the WORST! The more i went up with management the worst experiences i was getting, she literally called me and argued with me instead of being understanding of my frustration and concerns ... as i can tell this is a family own company and they stay together and probably pick and choose who they ACTUALLY want to help. This company is very deceiving. Paying 32,000 dollars for a new furnace and unit is not worth it. Price is based on taking pictures and sending it to someone who will make the decision. It is a lengthy process which is usually okay, but what's not okay is you don't receive any phone calls if no one shows up. Last process, just like buying a home there will be someone who will inspect if installation is done right. It was already done and city supposed to inspect but was rescheduled. Yesterday, someone came to put the ladder, ready to be inspected. Dani from Greener Solution said whoever installed it did not do a great job! He has to redo it. That is coming from their own employee "whoever did this is their last day"! How would you feel, if you are paying for that amount? Who is the owner sending to do the job for that price? The guy that came out just to inspect my air conditioning unit wound up, checking at my furnace and said that it was a leak. He said it was gonna be $1500 and up to fix it He tried to sell me a whole unit, AC and furnace wasn't too happy with the service. So we went with another company. I specifically made an appointment to have two new thermostats involved. The guy resisted installed the thermostats and instead said my mother board was "fried" and that so much stuff was so dirty that it all needed to be replaced - for $26K. He said he would include the pictures in the estimate he sent; he didn't. In essence, I paid $99 for a scam estimate. I hired another company who replaced the thermostats (and the air filter, gratis) for $125. My system is working beautifully. read more

Hi I was looking for a second opinion estimate on a repair that was given to me from my A/C company that i have been using for over 10-years. Like most of the 1 stars, I called because my A/C stopped working but it started working again. I paid them to come check out the heater instead. The tech gave me an estimate for recommended services and repairs totaling around 5,500. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The part to fix it cost 50 bucks and it took them 10 minutes to do it. I wasn't going to leave a review but the part that fixed it wasn't even on the 5,500 estimate. I'm leaving a 3 star because I am giving them a benefit of the doubt.
