There were 2 ladies, one at least in her 60's and a younger Lady. The 60's lady didn't speak great English, but managed. They told me it would be an additional $8 if I want them back right away (the very next day), and I did. Then I told them, it's okay, I can pick them up Wednesday instead of the Tuesday- the drop off day was Monday. I leave them and when I look at the receipt they charged me the $8 anyway but it said pick up Tuesday at 5pm. No worries. They said I would get a text but I didn't so I called that Tuesday and they said it's ready. I go to pick up my clothes and as they should be they are in plastic. I get home and take them out to do a visual and the annoyance hit quick. My new blue dress (NEVER WORN), they put a safety pin through the dress to attach the number, like SERIOUSLY? If you are familiar with clothes, you know what material you should not put pins in. So now the front of my dress has damage right on the front. They also did it to my skirt. So as I was pulling the pin out, the skirt snagged. The rest of items they attached to the inside of the tag. I mean I just don't understand why they would do that. So bc it was late, I brought them back to the store and complained. The 60'd lady claimed that the owner was out of the Country and if I could leave them. I said NO because I am now going to my event and I need my clothes. She took my info AGAIN and said they would call me the following Monday. Well it's Saturday and I'm writing this review and they did not call me. They are unprofessional. The only reason I am not going to go back to complain (maybe) is because there are so many bigger issues in this World to think about. And what are they going to reimburse me? $5 or $10 bucks? It's just the principle for me. No wonder they have bad reviews. But also, why is there no name on the store and a different name on the receipt? They returned it to me in the exact same condition I had given it to them. In other words, they did absolutely nothing, they did not press it and yet had the gall to charge me. If I had taken all my uniforms at that moment, I would've spent a lot of money for nothing. Lesson learned. They will never ever make a penny from me.

Update to My Review:…read more I want to publicly note that I have now formally contacted ownership directly via email regarding the damage to my brand-new Hugo Boss suit that was serviced here. Hugo Boss has since confirmed in writing that the suit was permanently destroyed after being immersed in water and then dry cleaned, a process that is explicitly prohibited and irreversible. This is not a matter that can be corrected with additional cleaning. Because I was traveling and live out of state, returning immediately was not possible, and the damage required me to purchase a replacement suit for work. This suit also carried significant personal meaning, as it was a gift from my wife in recognition of my retirement from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of service. The business has now been provided: * Manufacturer confirmation of permanent damage * Proof of replacement cost * Direct contact information for Hugo Boss I expect immediate follow-up and resolution. I am documenting this here to reflect that ownership has been formally notified and that I am awaiting their response.
