Honestly, with the variety of clothes most people have these days, waiting a few extra days isn't a big deal. (Who wants to wear the same shirt twice in one week anyway?) In addition to the dry cleaning I have also used the alterations service and everything was excellent. Most recently, I took in some Nike tennis shorts that were practically new. They were all identical except for the color but, for some reason, every pair had a faulty zipper that needed to be replaced. It was cheaper to get new zippers rather than replace the shorts at $70 a pop. As usual, it was an excellent job, however, I was blown away that not only did they replace the zippers but they matched all the varying colors perfectly. I had even said not to worry about matching the colors because you can't see the zipper and some of the colors were not easy to match. It took a little more time but going the extra mile was totally worth it!

I had an accident that required that my suit be cleaned and given back to me that same day and the folks at Eleganza Cleaners were more than happy to help. They charged me $39.00 for the clean and $15.60 (40%) for the expedited service; they were upfront about the added cost for said expedited service. The base cost of the clean is a little higher than what you might find at other cleaners, but I think the quality of work you receive well justifies the price. As for the quality of work: it was excellent (see the before and after pictures). The only thing I might note is that there is a strange scent inside the store that, at least for me, is slightly off-putting. The scent does stick to your garment, however, it quickly goes away after use and likely is a result of the cleaning agents that are used (which, by the way, according to the owner, are all natural, environmentally friendly, and of higher quality than what you might find at other locations). Anyway, I received great service, quality, and will be bringing all my dry cleaning needs to this company from now on.

I'm frustrated that before I paid he did not say anything, after I paid he did not say anything, only when I confronted him about one stain he then said he was able to get out the other and when I flip it over the other stain is still there. Then he says he cannot remove stains from this style shirt - so he knew he could not perform his job when I dropped off the shirt but still accepted the shirt to make a quick dime off of me.
