The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

I wasn't interested in any exterior work and didn't want to do the interior shampoo since I didn't want to spend too much, and they offered me a great price on an interior focus plus shampooing. I thought they were just going to spot-shampoo but they really went out and did the whole dang thing. PLUS a quick exterior wash, which I reminded them I didn't need, they said same price, and then really it wasn't that quick because they specifically washed windows, tires, etc. just wow.
