I brought my car to The Battery location and left it not knowing the outcome except that Martha promised me the moon. I am here to tell you, that when I picked it up, I couldn't tell that it was even my car. Spotless is an understatement. They know their business and they were genuinely happy to please me. All ProntoWashes are not owned by the same people. This particular location moved from a spot behind Lenox Mall. A hotel was put in it's place so I had to hunt for them. It is a family business and they really provided "knock your socks off" service.

Last night at the braves game, I parked in the Green Deck (a free up to 2 hour deck) at the battery. I chose to park in the ProntoWash spots and pay $30 to have my car washed while enjoying a team event with my colleagues. When I returned to my car a couple hours later, I was displeased to discover that my car was COVERED in residue and just looked like someone rubbed a wet rag over my exterior and threw some tire shine on for good measure. A pig with Lipstick, if you may. I literally cannot see out of my side mirrors when lights shine on in the dark. I immediately sent a FB message - which was IGNORED. I could see that they read it and chose not to respond. OK WHAT? I just called on my lunch break and was combated with "your car was in terrible shape and we hand washed that car, we have videos of the before" (I asked to see and they never sent them). And that I was "paying for parking" (I was paying for the carwash in a free lot). Regardless there are 2 points here: 1. This is not true, I have my car washed every two weeks at the Two Minit Car Wash on piedmont for $20 (in AND out wash). I reasoned with their pricing by considering $10 for parking plus $20 for a wash. 2. Even if my car was that dirty, isn't that WHY I would go? Seriously, what kind of excuse is that? This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. She told me I was free to dispute the charge, that I was disrespectful, and without saying "you're wrong, I'm right", countered EVERYTHING I had to say. She did, however, ask me "are you done" when she was ready for me to stop talking. Either way, she just didn't want to give a refund or admit that the service was bad. Don't go here..save your money. Park in another lot for $5 and got to 2 Minit on Piedmont. These people seriously don't deserve your cash.

My gut always told me not to come here, but the "convenience" of the location fooled me twice. This time I paid $46 for the Titanium Interior and even tipped $8. Nothing about it felt "Titanium." My new trunk lid came back with abrasions, and the inside wasn't even properly cleaned--crumbs still in plain sight, console untouched. On top of that, they're still swiping cards like it's 2005. No Apple Pay, no tap to pay, nothing. And to top it off, a durag I left on the passenger seat was gone when I got my car back. Pretty obvious what happened, but hey--hope they enjoy a used durag. The whole process is disorganized too. Splitting up vacuuming and wiping into three separate steps just slows everything down and makes the place feel like chaos. What is hidden in this gem is Service, with a capital S, who took the best care of my Porsche Boxter today. I was in the area and searched for hand car wash near me. Mr. Freddie, the GM, who told me he is known as Service at the shop, said he would take care of me, and he did. I got a much-needed hand car wash for $20, and Service pointed out that I needed a wax, which was true. He did a hand wax for an additional $20. Great prices, great service, and it took only a short time. Mr. Freddie told me that he would make my car look brand new, and he did a fabulous job. I am not often in this area, but I highly recommend Pat's Pro Car Wash to everyone!
