I was a recurring customer and had several positive experiences early on. However, the quality of service noticeably declined over my last few cleans, with one cleaner consistently being less thorough than previous ones. Details and areas began to be missed that previously had been handled with care. We also had a uncomfortable experience where this same cleaner told my partner to "stop making that noise" while he was laughing watching YouTube in our own home. The final straw was my most recent booking. I explicitly requested a deep clean via Yelp messaging on June 13, which was confirmed. The cleaner arrived and performed a standard monthly clean instead. When I followed up, I was told the service was scheduled based on a previous invoice I had only shared to identify my account - not to indicate the service type. I paid for a service I did not request, and no solution was provided. I will not be returning as a customer. read more

I had my apartment cleaned by Edelmira, and she did a wonderful job. I didn't know what to expect because this was the first time I've ever needed help cleaning my place since my schedule has been busier than ever. She made it very comfortable and not awkward at all. Though we had a language barrier, she understood everything I tried to say (: my favorite part was they she fixed my bed up, cleaned the ac vents, and the laundry room. My only concern was that I had requested pet safe products, and I don't think she used it because the smell wasn't pleasant and my cat seemed a bit off for 2 days. I hired Hercules to clean my house about 2 months ago. Ingrid and Edelmira cleaned my home. I am extremely picky and this was definitely the best cleaning I've had. It wasn't perfect but considering it was 2 people for 3.5 hours, it was almost perfect. I loved how the company has made everything convenient with online payment, text notifications, etc. I was also so impressed when I was asked to inspect my house after the clean to make sure it was up to my standards - I've never had another cleaning service do that! I just wish it was more affordable. I don't think I can afford to have the ladies come once a month, which makes me sad, but for a special treat, this is the place you need to hire!! read more

I sent out several quotes through yelp and Hercules was the first to respond. Yelp says they respond within 3 hours, but they responded to me almost immediately. Any time I asked a question or needed to get in touch they responded back to me right away. The cleaners arrived on time and had no trouble finding our apartment complex.
