First time in too long a time to have someone come in and do a thorough professional cleaning of our bathroom and kitchen and i was a little worried at first when Ingrid showed up alone from Hercules that she could manage the whole request by herself but she tackled the job with gusto! We had to extend the prearranged time because there really was so much to do but Ingrid did it all - from getting up on the counter to reach kitchen blinds and windows, to cleaning our appliances til they looked like new, and cleaning baseboards and other areas in the bathroom. In the end she was here almost 5 hours - we'd booked 3 hrs initially. We're very happy with the deep clean and plan on booking again with Hercules (and requesting Ingrid again) to schedule maintenance cleanings on the future. read more

I had my apartment cleaned by Edelmira, and she did a wonderful job. I didn't know what to expect because this was the first time I've ever needed help cleaning my place since my schedule has been busier than ever. She made it very comfortable and not awkward at all. Though we had a language barrier, she understood everything I tried to say (: my favorite part was they she fixed my bed up, cleaned the ac vents, and the laundry room. My only concern was that I had requested pet safe products, and I don't think she used it because the smell wasn't pleasant and my cat seemed a bit off for 2 days. I hired Hercules to clean my house about 2 months ago. Ingrid and Edelmira cleaned my home. I am extremely picky and this was definitely the best cleaning I've had. It wasn't perfect but considering it was 2 people for 3.5 hours, it was almost perfect. I loved how the company has made everything convenient with online payment, text notifications, etc. I was also so impressed when I was asked to inspect my house after the clean to make sure it was up to my standards - I've never had another cleaning service do that! I just wish it was more affordable. I don't think I can afford to have the ladies come once a month, which makes me sad, but for a special treat, this is the place you need to hire!! read more
