The day before our scheduled appointment, they rescheduled because of an emergency. I agreed to an appointment later the next week at noon. At 10 AM, there was somebody knocking on my door and calling my phone. My appointment was for noon but luckily I was home. He entered my house, without asking if he should take his shoes off or not, and then proceeded to check out the couch and say that he would be unable to clean it. When he showed up to the house we needed the entire second floor, stairs and a single room on the ground floor that we were planning to replace the carpeting due to the number of stains. We have cream colored carpeting so the stairs showed a noticeable track in the middle that was darker than the rest of the stair.
