We had our floors done by Bruce last year, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Bruce is awesome, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He has a strong Korean accent, so I found that communicating via text worked best to make sure we were always on the same page, and it made the whole process smooth and easy. We chose the "Grande Goldin Oak" by COREtec, a thick LVP flooring. Bruce mentioned he hadn't installed LVP this thick before, but he and his team did an incredible job. The installation was precise, clean, and the finished floor looks absolutely perfect, better than I could have imagined. Beyond the quality of his craftsmanship, Bruce is also very kind and truly cares about his work. It shows in every detail. If you're considering new flooring, I highly recommend Bruce and his team. Mr. Lee just finished our basement gym flooring and I could not be happier. We had him replace our old carpet with LVP. The price he quoted seemed very reasonable, such that I didn't even bother getting other quotes. The only hiccup was that the LVP pattern I picked was not in stock, which meant we had to wait an extra week and it was a little unclear when it would arrive. But I don't blame J&B for that. Once the flooring arrived, he installed it the next day in just a few hours. He was very efficient and the final result was excellent. After he was done I noticed that he hadn't put shoe molding along the base of the door trim, which is totally normal not to have, but we had water damage at the base of our door trim that I wanted to hide. I asked if he could add the shoe molding and he was back 3 days later to add it, no extra charge. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again! read more
