That was in 2020 but the problem was never fixed. He died the following year but I did not know about this until early this year as I was going thru his old checks. It was then I called Roto-Rooter and asked for a copy of any signed contract. When it finally came, I saw the part I have posted that said when they use a camera, if the camera is not able to see when the problem is due to any obstacles in the way, then they cannot guarantee the problem being fixed. My late husband, 75 yrs old at the time, put his initials on that line but then why charge all the money if you cannot resolve the issue? I am now suing them in small claims court. They have taken no responsibility. My advice: Do Not Use These People!!!! BEWARE!!@
