Why would I want this on my shirt if I wear them out? Why would I pay for this? At my request they put a note on my account for no clamps, which really means all they are doing is a clamping them and then ironing out the clamp mark, and it still looks like crap. I still had to check every shirt I get out of this place for clamp marks, and 50% over 30 shirts had this problem. Needless to say, I'm looking to take my business elsewhere, starting today. Further, I've noticed the left buttons on my shirt sleeves seem to be missing or loosened and ready to come off. Today I found damage on the left side of one cuff. Their presser clearly sucks at his job and somehow is screwing up the left cuff on every press. One shirt even had the button replaced...with a button that was far too big for the hole and not even matching. wtf. This place is horrible, does a consistently terrible job and is very expensive. The people were nice, service was nice, but the job done is sub par and not worth your time and money.

I gave them a $300.00 Company Store down pillow, what I have is a clean pillow with "my down". Not feeling comfortable with the trust, I am expected to have. I'm so glad a coworker told me they did wedding dresses as their pricing is much more reasonable than other places in the cities and it came back clean and in a nice box, ready to be stored for years to come. I also sent my veil with my dress that was clean and in the box with my dress. My train had gotten dirty from dancing but was clean and free of stains and the top of my dress smelt clean and free of any sweat, hair spray, etc. I'll definitely recommend them for any future brides that I know!

He accidentally dropped off at Prestige and they LOST our item. When I called them about it - after leaving empty handed at pick up and they were supposed to call us... they never called. Finally they called and said they would deliver the item and then never did. We went and picked it up and I did not pay them. Never again. They completly ruined an $80 blouse 3 of my husbands work shirts were burned in several places. It was like they went out of their way to NOT CARE what they were doing or what they PUT IN WRAP FOR PICK-UP. Blugh. Really bad.
