Also, I noticed uneven shingles and areas that weren't properly sealed, which raises serious concerns about the durability of the roof. Additionally, despite repeated requests, the contractor failed to provide a written "Preferred Protection Limited Warranty" as promised. This lack of professionalism and accountability makes me question their integrity and reliability. Communication was also a challenge--they were unresponsive to my concerns after the job was finished. Without a written warranty, I have no assurance that they'll stand behind their work if issues arise in the future. She was friendly and polite and got us on the schedule quickly. The crew that came out was Stevie, Chad & Jacob. They were cheerful and courteous and they got to work like a well-oiled machine. I had a nuclear clog in my line that wouldn't fix in three visits from another company. It took two visits from these guys with increasingly powerful equipment but they got us going again (no pun intended). Stevie explained each step and updated the price before going forward. When I got my final bill it was far below what I had expected for the amount of work done. I asked for quotes on some other needs and they were lower than expected as well. I've never had a 'crew' of plumbers come out before. These guys gave me lots of confidence even before they started working. The company does not advertise. They only go by word of mouth. So, when your dehumidifier breaks it's obviously not their problem. And when you cancel the maintenance plan they won't give you a partial refund even if you have only had it for one month. Weeks is another example of a company with shady business practices.
