They laid out what info they needed from me, provided scheduling options quickly without needless back and forth, and provided an easy portal and confirmation emails for a smooth process and status tracking. The actual service was also pretty good. The only thing I wish they'd clarified was how they handled stains, such as marker stains. The receptionist called them, and they said their machine broke and they were getting it fixed. They said they would offer me 10% off and I could either wait for them Saturday or be scheduled first thing Monday. I told them it was no problem, we would wait around on Saturday. He said they would call him when they were 30 minutes out. I wait til 430 pm and no one came or called me. Monday comes and I called at 8 am before they opened and left a message to see if they would be there Monday morning.
