I have been using this company to clean the carpets of our rental now since 1998 and must say that they are the most professional and friendly people to deal with. I have called them more than once in the middle of the night to suck up the water from a flooded house and they always answer the phone and normally arrive with in 30 to 45 minutes in emergencies. The folks at this company make carpets that I thought were beyond hope look new but will let me know when the carpet is beyond cleaning and in need of replacement. I recently hired this company to fix a small patch of carpet that my dog damaged. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told they could either match my existing carpet or take a patch from my closet to complete the repair. However, when they arrived, they didn't have a matching carpet. I suggested using the closet carpet and replacing it with new carpet, but to my surprise, they told me I had to go out and purchase the replacement carpet myself. I expected a professional service to handle the entire process, including sourcing materials. Instead, I was left to figure it out on my own, which was frustrating and inconvenient. If you're considering this company, be aware that you may need to do some of the legwork yourself. Problem: Not Fixed. I asked if they can replace the whole closet because i didn't want to have an empty hole patch in there and they said they can't because it's too big.... Keystone is the best vendor I worked with while running repairs/maintenance/turn-arounds for two separate real estate & property management companies in the Vegas valley. They were always on time, always fairly priced, always honest, always a pleasure to work with. They gave free bids, which were always lower than competitors and expected amount. An owner had installed new padding/carpet right before a tenant took possession, and within the term of their lease, the tenant and their animals had done severe damage to the carpet. The initial thought was that the carpet would have to be replaced again for thousands of dollars, but after having Keystone take a look at it, they said they could fix it - no problem. They did individual spot treatments for pet damage and were still below other bids just for a standard carpet cleaning. I no longer live in the area, but I recommend them to any friends that need carpet cleaning. read more

After having a horrible experience with Stainmasters Carpet Cleaning I was recommend to KCC and I am glad that I tried them out. I spoke to one of the owners who had told me that my last bad experience with SCC is called upselling and "companies" like those give the other legit guys a bad name. I'm sure he could tell right off the bat that's what happened to me because over the phone I was drilling him with a zillion questions and I kept repeating are you sure your not going to hike up the price once you get here? He was very patient with me and reassured me that they give a firm price over the phone and that's what it will be. I was quoted $87 for 1 master bedroom + closet and stairs + hallway. I thought that was a great deal so I went ahead made an appointment which they were on time for. 2 techs came to my house and were very friendly and funny. I didn't stay to monitor the work but when I came home from running errands I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and smooth the carpets were. What was super cool was that the carpets were almost dry after 3 hours of the job being completed. If I ever live in Vegas again I will definitely be using Keystone again and in the mean time I will highly recommend them to all my family and friends who live there. The customer service I got this time was MIND BLOWING, I've always been a loyal customer I've never used anyone else, but I can definitely say I'm done using KEYSTONE. I've always got the SAME areas cleaned 1-2x a year paid between $115-$130 and this time they wanted close to $180!!! Jaz office manager who has been with the company for 18 years said her technicians must have made mistakes in the past, which is NOT my fault. She tried telling me what they have done in the past and that it was only certain rooms, but I can say that she is never on property when carpets are cleaned I know what I have cleaned. This time they would NOT clean the same areas, stating that it would be more if I wanted to add more rooms, which is odd because like I said it's always been the same!
