The years of foot traffic, kitchen spills, plus aging pets who made their own "contribution"; we needed a deep cleaning but knew we would never enjoy beautiful floors again. We were wrong. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. This team from Silver State Flooring Restoration worked their you-know-what off. The result is we have stone floors that look nothing short of amazing. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

We had never sealed our shower and started having some mold growth was starting to get harder and harder to remove. Axel took his time to make sure everything came out right. He communicated exactly what needed to be done and how. He even made sure after removing the moldy grout that the floor below was dry so we would not have any more mold growth. It took an extra couple of days because he wanted to make sure the subfloor was properly dried out before laying any new grout, as there were signs of moisture. That is a sign that someone cares about our health and doing things right. If you need your shower regrouted and sealed Axel at Las Vegas Regrout is who you need. Thank You for everything Axel! They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. Based on that information, they quoted me approximately $385, which I accepted. What caught me off guard was that once the cleaners arrived, I was told the job would take significantly longer and that I would need to pay nearly double the original quoted amount if I wanted the deep cleaning completed. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but I felt this should have been addressed during the initial phone consultation when they were gathering information and providing the estimate. To their credit, the office did allow the cleaners to stay an additional 10 minutes at no extra charge, but realistically that did very little to resolve the issue. The main concern wasn't the extra 10 minutes--it was that the expectations and pricing changed after the cleaners were already at my home. The cleaners themselves were courteous and professional, but I ultimately didn't feel the cleaning met my expectations for a deep-clean service, especially considering the price. If the company believes a home requires substantially more time than the initial estimate, I think that should be communicated before the appointment or after an in-person assessment--not after the service has already begun. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and don't feel the service provided matched the expectations that were set during booking. Go read other negative reviews and you'll find the same type of complaints. My advice? I would look for a different "professional" cleaning company that takes the time to give accurate estimates in person.

Since we were preparing to sell the home, we wanted the floors to look their best and reached out to this company for a professional cleaning and sealing. The owner and an assistant came out to do the work. While the results were acceptable, we were disappointed in a few key areas. First, they caused damage to a wall corner inside the home, and also backed their truck into a rented dumpster in our driveway. Thankfully, the dumpster wasn't damaged, but we received no apology or offer of compensation for the damage to our property. In terms of cost, we were charged $875. Considering the job took only a few hours and they used readily available consumer-grade products (specifically StonePro products, which can be purchased on Amazon), we felt the price was excessive. Given the quality of the materials, the brief time spent on the job, and the lack of care taken with our property, we do not believe we received good value for the price.
