The first they found that Lowe's did not install the dryer correctly and all the lint was going into my ceiling tiles. They fixed it AND cleaned out my drop ceiling. We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched. The team that was hear did a very thorough job, they were very respectful, and clean. I would highly recommend them and will use again when needed!
