Three out of the seven were fine with the work, but complained that they were there allllll day and one into the evening waitingvfor them to finish their installation. I called them a head of time letting them know i was bringing my car down for mu scheduled appointment only to find out my appointment was pushed back to 3pm due to a remote start issue they were having... I brought my care in, called back to check on the status only to find out they werent able to get to it... I asked if they were going to be able to get to it that day and was told no... He suggested I bring my car back the next day which i replied that i didnt live in the area and wouldn't be able to and was told Id could bring it back in two weeks from the date i was there‍... Arrived at the shop to collect my car (BMW 328i) and was given a weak 'Sorry for the inconvenience' as i was walking out the door... Brought car back today... Still didnt have the grade of tint I wanted and basically had to go with the 35‍. I left the shop, but before i left, asked what time would my car be finished and was told 2:30. I went and grabbed some lunch. Arrived back at the shop, car was sitting out front... But where was the tint???? Walked inside and was told that allegedly they installed the tint, but had trouble with my back window(s) and how the windows automatically go down a quater of an inch when the doors open and scrunching up the tint so they took all the tint off and gave me a refund... Absolutely no customer service, these guys are clueless when it comes to: 1. Contacting customers to confirm appointment. 2. Contacting customers to inform them of unforeseen/ unavoidable delays. 3. Contacting customers to inform them of difficulties surrounding the service they are providing. 4. Thinking creatively and outside of the box to provide the service they agreed to. After leaving, i looked up the issue they said they were having and found a consistent resolution used by others to solve the problem in well under 15min. This whole experience annoyed me more than people who dont adhere to the 6 ft distancing rule while standing in a checkout line... Meaning... Avoid them like COVID... Absolute waste of my gas, travel and more importantly time!

Initially, I came back to this company due the great work they've done for me the past year, highly…read moresatisfied with the tinting. My first experience was at the Marlton location, quick and efficient work. This time around, I was coming to get another car tinted (just the 4 side windows) & I was told it was be 3-4hrs. I thought that duration was ridiculous and the parking lot was empty so I was confused why It would take so long. Anyway, the customer service rep Angelo told me it would take 3-4hrs and to wait in waiting room. I decided that's entirely too long to wait, just like anyone else would. I went to the front desk to tell them I was catching a Uber home & to call me when It was ready, I'd catch a ride back to pick up my car hours later like I was told. My uber comes to pick me up to take me 25 minutes home, once we got near my house they called me back and said that the car was finished that fast. I quickly told my Uber ride to take me back and sorry for inconveniencing her, she proceeded to tell me that she had just picked someone up from the same location that was told their car would take several hours to be done and they ended up calling in about 45 minutes saying that it was finished. Again, it seems to be a pattern of being inconsiderate and wasting peoples time and money. I spent $45 just to go for a ride and then turn around and come right back without any. Apologies for the inconvenience or reimbursement. I mentioned to Angelo, the front desk, customer service rep, in front of the manager as well, I was expecting 3 to 4 hours. That's why I paid for a ride to come and pick me up. Angelo says to me "yeah it's estimated 3-4hrs" , I said , "but, that was 45mins I just left here. Angelo responds, "when we're on it we're on it". I left because he clearly didn't see what the problem was or didn't choose to care, I thought it was pretty clear and common sense to recognize the inconvenience that you just caused someone. So yeah, very disappointed with the way that the situation wasn't handled and not addressed, very unfortunate because I like the companies actual work.

They did a nice job cleaning before installing the tint (sort of like painting, prep is important). Pretty funny crew, had a couple laughs while the work was getting done. Seems like they can get a little busy and it is just a few people, so be patient on the phone. I would take any future vehicles there. I'll update the review if I run into any problems with the tint, but I really don't expect any.

It's not the closest drive so im gonna find a more local shop. im disappointed and will have to spend more money to correct it. Found bad air bubbles and a hair inside the cured tint. Does not look professional. Update: owner responded (probably his receptionist) apologizing for the quality of work but has not offered to fix it? Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware.
