They plug right in, are the exact same item (size & model #). There's several you tube videos showing the 2 minute procedure for replacing the broken receiver. Save your money.... I have NO problem with a company making a few dollars on parts, that's business. I do have a problem with a company up charging 700% margin for a 2 minute job.. Time to find another Hearing center....

I have had both Oticon and Phonak hearing aids from NHHI. I have a primary audiologist but sometimes due to schedules, I have seen two other audiologists. All of them have been great. At one point I chose to get a second opinion from a renowned audiologist in NYC. She totally concurred with what my audiologist at NHHI had recommended. When I need help they are always there for me, as I mentioned, if not my primary audiologist then one of the others. I could not be happier with an audiologist and I like that all three whom I have gone to have been great. They are all doctors of audiology.
