So impressive. I took my car here after it got dirty from mud and rain. It was gross as hell. It's a small operation but everything is very easy to understand. The wash itself was so fast and efficient. Most impressive of all were my rims. Black rims attract so much dirt and brake dust but damn this car wash got all my tires and rims cleaned. They also don't put any effort into putting the soap on your car, the guys have better attitudes and actually out there back into it! Clear Drop's employee simply squirts some soap on the front of the car as it enters the auto-wash - and no power blaster! The rest of the wash is with plenty of soap and water and the gentle brushes and soft fabric strips produce a very clean car wash. I especially like the under body wash that cleans under the car, and the blow-driers at the end. My car comes out dryer than any other automatic car wash I've used. Clear Drop will never get my business again. First of all, they really don't do that good of a job of washing. I understand that it is just an express wash, but a little attention to some of the details on the outside would be nice. Even for an express Wash your vehicle should never come out of the car wash with the same dirt and bugs that you had before you went through the car wash. Employees take no pride in providing you with a clean car. Second of all, they refused to wash my pick up because I was told there was too much mud on the outside. I have been through that car wash at least 20 times with mud splattered on the side and have never been refused. I have never complained about the poor car wash service before, but after today I am not only complaining but they have also lost my business. read more

However, in previous years even with the same pricing the car WAS wiped down and quickly vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. Just had a great experience here this morning and thought I'd share. We bought 3 car wash tickets through my son's Little League. I spent this morning between 8:30am-9:30am going back and forth taking all 3 of our vehicles in for their washes. The first 2 vehicles I took in were our every day use vehicles and there were no problems. The last vehicle I brought in was our old truck that mainly just sits in our driveway, we hardly ever drive it. I failed to even notice how messy the trucked was with 2 old busted sandbags and old newspapers. The guys working said we needed to throw all that stuff out so it doesn't make a mess in the car wash and crack other people's windshields. I felt like an idiot because I was making them do extra work, but they were so nice about it. They very quickly removed the debris in the truckbed and had me on my way. They could have chosen to be annoyed with me (I would have been annoyed with me) but instead they were so nice and so understanding. I really appreciate the great service. Love this place, signed up for the unlimited and come weekly. Usually great service but this time I came and 2 associates were up from upon entrance as usual and they started scrubbing my front windshield but only one went to do the back and the female proceeded to walk off to the side and pull out her phone and start texting right next to my car. If you're going to pull out your phone and text at least wait until there aren't any cars around. Normally both associates are scrubbing all around the car on each side. read more

We had also paid for our tires to receive gloss. An employee named Sawyer noticed the black tar and went out of his way to get a cleaning chemical to help remove the tar. After about 10 minutes of scrubbing he finally removed all the tar. Great customer service that's why we only wash our car at Clear Drop. read more

I always take my car through this car wash because I have never had to come back through, until today. However, it was not due to the car wash or it's attendants. Within less than 2 hours of having left the car wash, I was running errands and parked at the Target in Lathrop, only to come out and find the side of my car covered in salsa!! Someone that parked next to me ran the cup of salsa over and it splattered the side of my car. So I returned to this car wash same day, today, and explained what happened to the attendant and she allowed me to go through again for free. I am so greatful and I would have even payed again or a half off if I had to, but ecstatic that they didn't make me do that. They are legit First of all- you can pay with your credit card. 2nd-they have a mirror so u can see ur tire when u t trying to line it up with the car wash going in: 3-free vacuums...and plus there are two vacuums per cat slot so two ppl can vacuum at the same time and u don't have to use one vacuum hose for both sides of the car... Makes it way easier. Plus the vacuum nozzle is skinny- not those fat ones so u can get into the sides of ur seats easy. Super powerful vacuums too. A+ I will always go to that one. Oh and they recycle 97% of their water!!!! read more

This Car Wash is almost like Prime Shine with Free Vaccuums, but with more reasonable prices and discounts! I would have given it a 5, except they were not 100% clear on when I should put my car in Neutral, so that gave me a mini heart attack. I had the most expensive car wash they had, after the car wash my car still had some of the spot uncleaned, the bug stains and bird shit were still there, this place doesn't even protect your windshield wipers, antennas and doesn't inspect your car to check whether your windows open or not before you enter the car wash machine, It's a horrible car wash experience ever. They got the 1 start because they have free vaccums after the car wash..
