Great car wash in the Manteca area. Clean, modern, and courteous attendants. Price was reasonable as well. I will be back.

They do not get all or do not get most of the bugs off the grill. In this area that we live there are bugs. I even tell them to spend extra time on grill windshield and front of rear looking mirrors. Does no good. I bought a deal $40 for 5 car washes I have 2 left then I am outa there for good. Everyone is courteous. read more

The $14'ish unlimited wash is a very good deal. But for my car I feel like it could have done better. Still can't beat the deal and it's so convenient than trying to find time to do it myself. read more

Last 2 visits that I used prior receipt to get the 3 dollar discount there was a problem. The 1st time I used my Diamond Wash receipt and was giving the Economy Wash. I know this because the girl wrote a E on my windshield not a D like usual. I didn't say anything that time but today the same thing happened even after the kid asked if I wanted the same wash "Diamond". I said yes, paid the $7 and he wrote a E on my windshield. I confronted him and he quickly changed the letter on my windshield. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers don't notice this skimming. read more

Poor job on wheels and employee at pay station was rude. Asked him a question and he did not respond.

If you go more than once a week, the unlimited plan is the way to go. Barcode on the windshield and you are in in and out pretty quickly. Plenty of vacuums. read more

Great car wash, I have multiple vehicles so I take advantage of their monthly family plans. Also it's a soft cloth wash, I travel a lot and when I'm in a new town I look for Soft Cloth washes only. Much easier on your paint without the usual cheap gas station type washes where you can see your paint scratching off right in front of you. They have many vacuum bays also and a Bakery & Coffee shop right on site- What could be better ! read more

Great unlimited deal for $15 a month. Only thing I wish they had was a carpet shampooer.

We go to this location about every 4-6 weeks or so. Each time we always get the $13 diamond wash. Today when we washed our car there I noticed that the car wasn't as clean. There were a few dirty spots, especially on the front and rear ends. I was debating on driving it back through after I vacuumed but the manager or owner or someone (I didn't get this gentlemen's name) came up to me and checked out my car and let me know that they had to refill or fix something in the car wash and that he noticed our car could use another wash. I was so grateful for him to notice and fix the issue without me even having to say something. He took initiative and handled it. Ans even as we went back around, he was right there with another worker with the scrub brush and thoroughly scrubbed the spots out before we went back through. My car looks clean!!!! Super shiny and bright. Now that is how you run a business! I was very grateful and feel like I definitely got my money's worth. Thank you for your hard work. It is definitely noticed. read more

Don't go there unless you only want half of your car washed. I even complain to manager and he was just as rude as the staff. I wanted both sides of the car soap & was told I was making his job difficult. I just wanted what I paid for the entire car washed. read more

Didn't realize how great this place was til I ended up at a prime shine in Modesto. I've been taking the vacuum pressure here for granted way too long and it stops, today. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager, Adam, came out to talk to me about my previous experiences. He assured me that he had talked to his employees about being careful with the brushes. I babied my cars and I don't like scratches and marks on them. I appreciate that Adam understand my view. I like businesses that showed vested interest in customers' satisfactions and he showed that. I went here yesterday and had the best car wash experience. I hadn't cleaned my car in months, so I got the highest level car wash and used the free vacuums. After this, I wanted to get the inside detailed as well. I had asked if they did car detailing, although they didn't the owner offered to have my car washed again! Then after the wash he noticed my car had some water stains caused by the sprinklers near my house. So the owner Hercules had my car hand sprayed and buffed out to remove the water stains. He even gave me a free car wash coupon. And when I offered to pay, he just said he wanted his customers to be happy. This was the kind of customer service you read about in textbooks, I will definitely be going here again! read more

Been going there to wash our cars since they opened. Can't say enough good about the quality and the people which work there. Our cars get the tender loving care they deserve and the wash quality is the best I have found in the area. The staff is very personable and helpful. The vacuum areas are clean and work well. Horrible service by some young kids running this car wash. I drive up n purchased a monthly pass the kid tells me meet him around to line 3 after car wash to give me my receipt n pass..go up to the car wash the kid standing there to prewash my car didn't even go around my whole car I go through the wash the dryer didn't even dry my car (the gas station car wash does a better job) so I go around to line 3 get out start drying my car n this other kid comes up to me with a sticker demanding I put iton my window which I wasn't aware I had to do to begin with bc had that been explained to me prior or purchasing pass I wouldn't have done it bc I don't want a sticker on my front windshield.. anyhow long story short this car wash is horrible!! This company needs to hire hire employees with customer service skills, communications skills, n that want to work for their company to better themselves, customers, and assets.. read more

One of the worst car washes I've been to. When they spray down your car at the beginning, it literally drips out of the hose. You leave with all the bugs still on your car and giant water spots everywhere. That was the first and last time I've been there. Save your money and go to Prime Shine. read more

I got bird poop on my car just last night so I came to the car wash to get my car washed. I went through to car wash and the poop was still there. The girl scrubbed only the front and the driver side of my car. When I came out and walked around my car to see if it was gone, it wasn't when I brought it the their attention they told me to go through again. I went through again and being that the same guy that I previously pointed out the poop to was helping me again I assumed (big mistake) that when he walked around my car to wipe my tires down he would check to see if the poop was gone. NOPE, I get across the street to the bank and walk around to look and none of it is all the way gone. They don't have to worry about me going through a third time, I'm never coming back. My mother had a similar experience with them so I guess I will washing my own car from now on. Mind you my car is brand new 2016 I would like to keep it that looking like new for a little while at least. read more
