Jordan patiently explained all that had to be done, and gave us a few different scenarios and pricing of depending on what he found as he dismantled and tried to fix the spa. Access to the repair area was extremely tight and difficult which made his job even harder. Of course, it turned out to be the worst case scenario; despite the price we decided to fix it. (the alternative would have been a new spa) Due to the fact that we were in no huge rush to fix it, Jordan patiently worked on it after a full day of work for over a week. He was patient, respectful and professional. After a week of work, her finally got her up and running. I'm sure this job ended up being much more difficult than he had anticipated....but he did a great job fixing it.
