She was able to accommodate some of my strange request. (I'm a germophobe.) so she placed everything on paper towels, like I asked. She also managed to do a great job in the restroom getting out some of lime stains from my hard water. When you consider the price she is selling her services for it makes it much easier to swallow having some help cleaning the house. They did not show at the set time and I did receive a call telling me their crew was finishing up a job in Galveston and would be coming directly to me. The maid showed up after 4:00 and there was no crew. She did not complete the job at all. I called the next day to express my dismay. The owner knew this was important to get done because the upcoming weekend we had to put the house on the market. I told her nothing was done and we wanted our money back. She said no and that she could have the nonexistent crew come back. I told her no and that my wife and I were done with her company. She did offer a 1/4 of the money back. I did not say anything and hung up. My wife and I returned to the home the following weekend, postponing putting the house on the market. When we entered the home it was clear NOTHING had been done. Then my wife called me to the front of house and the front door was open! The maid came in the back door and should have left that way. We discovered she had somehow managed to screw up the locking mechanism on the front door and it would not close. Our home was left open for a week! This company is a sham and I would say NEVER, EVER USE THEM!
