I brought in my 2023 Ford Bronco because I collided with a deer and was so anxious about it because it was a newly purchased car and was nervous it wouldn't be the same. They have insurance agents on staff, mine was a complete tool (love Geico but not this character), he kept saying why did you bring the car when your deductible is $500? Work will be less than that. Work was $2K, he said it's probably because you went will all premium stuff. I was like why am I paying $1,500 out of my pocket? Anyway, they did a good job. Happy with Delta. My mother is hearing impaired, and I'm in California, so it was a little tricky for my elderly mother to understand what was going on. Terrible experience at this shop due to low quality repairs. I was in an accident and my left rear tire and bumper was hit. Took my car here for repairs and it was a nightmare. Took 4 weeks to get it done only to notice issues after the repair. Paint peeled off, the wheel well is cracked and brakes on the side repaired are making a horrible loud noise. Save yourself the headache and sub-par workmanship and TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE! Also, the warranty service that is advertised sounds generous until you bring your car back. Owner actually tried to make a deal with me to get my car repaired which is absurd. I gladly took my car elsewhere and paid extra to do get the job properly done. read more

Very slow and extremely unorganized. They didn't give me one single update on the car. I literally had to call everyday myself and ask about my status. It was so annoying to an extend that I even had to call them to remind them that I think my car is ready... Told me it will be ready in two weeks but it took them over a month. I would give 5 stars if maybe one of the girls that sit at probably the most important spot in the shop. The front end where they are the 1st to greet and smile at new customers. The shop did a great job!! I would definitely recommend them. Minerva was the most helpful, beautiful smile person that helped check me out and seems to run the front end. But the other girl Liz.. girl smile! My 1st impression of her was a person who may not like her job. Has alot of attitude. Seems to get into arguments alot.
