BEST PLUMBING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!! I decided to change out my faucet in my shower.. An easy "D-I-Y" project for my Friday night..WRONG!!! I ended up hitting a pipe and breaking it~water spewing everywhere..(No, I didn't turn the main off because it was such a simple project-my bad)...I remember a neighbor down the street gave me a biz card saying that they used this company and he was really good so I decided to call, knowing it was Friday night and I wouldn't get a response..BUT NO, he answered on the second ring, told him my situation and said someone would be here in 20 minutes.. I couldn't believe it..Not only did he put my mind at ease saying it wasn't a big deal but he told me he could fix it that night.. I told him it could wait, (knowing it was past 6:00 on a Friday night) but sure enough, he started working on it, went and got the parts and within an hour he was totally done. Andy and his team are truly the best. I had a problem with Costco and a dishwasher installation. Although Costco claims to offer free installation the offer comes with many exceptions, some of which are understandable. Obviously they add on a charge to the price of the appliance to cover the "free" installation. If Costco is unable to install your appliance you will need to call a plumber to handle the installation or bring the area to code so that Costco can complete the installation. If you have doubts about your home meeting codes, etc. call Andy. He will know exactly what to and then you can decide whether to have Andy, a plumbing specialist, or people Costco hires complete the installation. read more

Our shower handle broke and needed to be replaced. Seth arrived on time and quickly assessed what needed to be done Not only had the handle broken but the cartridge was broken too and needed to be replaced. If you are having a plumbing issue - this is the company and these are the people you want to deal with. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. We purchased a new home 6 months ago and a series of plumbing issues have come up since. The most recent issue involved the two faucets in the master bath, both of which developed issues: one had a constant drip of a leak and on the other the aerator got jammed due to calcium corrosion and broke off inside the faucet. Our home protection plan - Old Republic - which has not always proven to be the best when it comes to coverage - agreed that both faucets needed to be replaced. The company they sent was Clear Water. Having had a less than positive experience with the plumbing company they had sent out to address our last plumbing issue, I asked the rep on the phone to hang on while I checked Yelp to see the reviews for Clear Water and was pleasantly surprised to see that the first review that popped up was a glowingly positive one one I had written for them - and forgotten about - two years ago when they came out to repair a plumbing issue on our previous home. So I told the Old Republic rep to go ahead with Clear Water. I spoke with the very helpful Amber at Clear Water who set up the appointment for service tech Seth to come out two days later. Seth was an absolute pleasure to deal with: came out when he said he would, was polite, professional and did a terrific job replacing both faucets. He patiently explained everything he was doing and answered all of my perhaps-too-many questions. He worked efficiently and clean - cleaning up the work area when he was done. He was also nice enough to answer some unrelated plumbing questions we had that might require future service and provided what I considered a reasonable estimate on a potential repair on our walk-in tub. Bottom line: We were extremely pleased dealing with Amber, Seth and Clear Water. Communication was excellent. Amber assisted with confirming coverage by Old Republic and providing information on replacing the faucets. Seth came when I was told he would and did everything they said he would do and he did it well. Based on this and our previous experience with Clear Water, I highly recommend them. read more

The company sent a plumber to my home to fix two simple plumbing issues and I paid the company $100 and they informed me a few days later that this was not covered by my warranty and that it would cost me $400 + to fix these very simple items. My water heater was not heating. I made an appt with Clear Water Plumbing and Andy arrived on time. :) He diagnosed the problem within minutes. He then replaced the thermocouple (nice that he had the part and didn't have to go get it like a lot of plumbers), checked the water heater and set it to my satisfaction. The service fee was very reasonable and came with a 30 day warranty. I then asked him for an estimate on a new water heater as my heater is very old.
