Problem: coming home at 9:30pm on Saturday we noticed our sprinkler controller valve burst, spouting water up over 8ft. As soon as we pulled up we saw this river of water pouring down our street from our driveway. Resolution: After shutting down the main water valve we contacted many plumbers through the Yelp project section. After some difficulty because of the next day being Sunday we found Royalty Plumbing willing to come by and take a look. I spoke with Madison who explained that Royalty doesn't redo sprinklers, but when Christopher contacted us he did say he would take a look at the leaking valve. Christopher came by and solved our problem. He was able to seal the sprinkler valve and even rewelded a double hose bin that was faulty. We will contact them again if needed. Two guys came out separately to work on my toilet issue. They were both super respectful, super communicative and had a really down to earth vibe. I immediately knew I could trust them based on their professionalism. These guys worked hard and were able to fix my issue at a reasonable cost. They laid out a good plan a and plan b option and let me know the prices for the work before hand of course. I had other plumbers quote me 700 just to start the process which was bogus. Glad I went with Royalty plumbing instead. I was charged 175 for unplugging my toilet without having to remove the seat but sand and/toy was stuck in there and they worked at it until it came out. They worked hard and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again. I don't write reviews usually but I was inspired by the solid job they did! read more

Chris was awesome. Called for an emergency service 2 Sundays ago and he showed up even though he wasn't sure any of his crew is available. He ended up came by himself. Very honest and upfront for cost for each scenarios over the phone . Unlike others we've called, either the earliest availability was 2 days out or the office lady have no idea for a quote. What a big difference when the owner is hands on. Right away we knew he knows his stuff and no BS. The outcome was not cheap but we did our search beforehand and it was what it was giving our situation. He did a temporary fix so my family and I could use the water on that Sunday and came back the following day to finish the job. He cleaned up his work area afterwards and was very professional. My husband and I recently purchased three new toilets to replace the old ones we had at our home that each had their own issues. Based on our past positive experiences with Chris at Royalty Plumbing, we reached out to him for a quote to install the three toilets and replace the water lines and shut-off valves. The quote was competitive, so we went with our "go to" plumber. The installation was completed today by Eddie Chavez. From the start, he was professional, kind, respectful, and friendly. He did a very thorough job installing the three toilets, including replacing the toilet water lines and shut-off valves. He made sure each toilet was performing properly and not leaking by completing several test flushes, and he adjusted the water level to the optimal level. He hauled away the old toilets with the boxes from the new toilets and cleaned up the work areas nicely. Overall, Eddie did a fantastic job and he was a pleasure to deal with! Good Evening! Let me start in 2020 April timeframe. Selling one house purchasing another. The house I'm selling all the sudden has no sewage drainage. That happened the day the new owner was supposed to move in! Royalty came the same day. Fixed everything while I moved out. Timing and price are legit.
