We found this company on Yelp and since they were local we wanted to get a quote and give them a try. Pedro came to our house to give us a quote on a tank to tankless water heater install. Truthfully, we did price around and he was reasonable compared to a few other companies. There was one other person that was slightly lower than him but that person didn't leave the same impression that Pedro did. He seemed more knowledgeable for our job that we needed at our house. We switched from a 75 gallon tank to a Noritz tankless 11.1 gpm water heater. He installed it for us on my day off from work (a Saturday) and he was quicker than he estimated. Just because he was quicker doesn't mean he didn't get the job done well. Everything was installed clean and everything is working well. He even stayed to help me submit my rebate to SoCal gas. Our 9 year old Noritz tankless water heater failed over the weekend, and All Tankless responded right away. They quickly diagnosed a leak that had also damaged some of the electronic boards. They even contacted the manufacturer to check warranty coverage. While some parts were still covered, the labor was not, and given the age of the unit and the fact that we were not the original owners with full maintenance history, a rebuild did not make much financial sense. We decided to replace the unit like for like. All Tankless installed the new tankless water heater the same day, and we had hot water back before evening shower time. That level of responsiveness was excellent. There was also an unexpected complication caused by a poorly done exhaust setup from the original installation. Even though this was not their fault, the All Tankless team took ownership of the situation and worked through the problem, including the fix within the original quote. Fast, friendly, and clearly a strong local family owned company. They made a stressful and expensive situation much easier to deal with. Was looking for someone to install a hybrid water heater in the place of a conventional gas tank and Pedro's quote was the most reasonable I heard of all the companies I contacted. He came out to see the site and then told me that the recessed hole where the last water heater stood would make maintenance on the hybrid water heater difficult. He was right, based on the manufacturer's measurements the tank would fit, but in order to service anything like the anode rod, the whole tank would have to be removed for access which would add to the cost over the lifetime of the unit. He offered tankless for the same price and I decided it was a good alternative. The work was done professionally and quickly and Pedro is a very honest guy. Jesus was able to quickly diagnose the issue and worked with the manufacturer, who stood behind the warranty of the tankless water heater . A great value in paying a little more upfront for a Navien product. The next day Jesus arrived with the replacement unit and installed it. So in less than 24 hours I have a replacement tankless water heater and everything is great! Only had to pay for labor (not cheap, but in the long run it's better to pay for highly skilled tradesmen). The first company informed me they do not work on my specific tankless water heater. The next call was to All Tankless. Pedro named his price for the service and schedule to come out the same day. He was very thorough and called the tankless water heater company to trouble shoot the problem while he was still at my home. He walked me through what he was doing and testing. We agreed after talking to the technician and requesting a part that I would repair it myself seemed simple enough. All Tankless is one of the pro listed on the Rheem website. Called today 3/29 for services and two technicians showed up in 45 mins. The technician provided me some quotes since I already did the diagnosis and explained to them about the leaking problem. I totally know nothing is free. I removed it not because my experience changed or was rectified but I removed it out of guilt because the owner called me and said my review would affect his business and livelihood. And his kids. From my first initial review, their employee Jesus called and threatened to sue me if I didn't remove my review. My honest experience. It wasn't slander, I didn't make personal attacks, I only merely wrote about my experience. After he called while screaming and threatening me, my first thought is "He knows where I live." He sounds unhinged over the phone, who knows what he is capable of. I updated my review so fellow yelpers are aware of the type of people we are inviting into our home. After the second review, Pedro (owner) called me and didn't seem too concerned of his employees actions, but more so concerned of his Yelp status. Long story short, I reached out to Pedro on 1/10/23 because our water heater broke again. I was curious if it was because of the part that was promised and never installed. He reassured me it wasn't. I quote "if it was working for a year without that part, you don't need it." Okay.... Then why does it exist? Instead of offering to install the part that was owed he explained to me how he has kids and how I will affect his business. Well, I have kids too. We spent $1200 with another company to get the water heater fixed properly. Regardless if the part was needed or not, there was no concern for me as a customer. The only concern is Yelp. And I can understand, I search for everything on Yelp. I take other people's experiences into consideration when doing business with a new company. I got a tankless water heater, a water softener, and a pump in an upstairs bathroom to make hot water delivery to upstairs instant. The original consultation was very informative of options and never pushed the most expensive option. They explained what the results would be with different options, and were honest about potential negatives that come with more expensive options. Installation was fast and efficient, and All Tankless didn't cut any corners. The pipe work looks great, and it even involved re-routing some pipes that come to the house from the street. I was given different options on how that was done since it was going to either be visible or affect a bush I had. They were very patient in explaining how the piping works and what the different valves do. I'm very satisfied with their installation and the products I ended up getting. read more

It was such a stressful time! Our ordeal lasted for a whole week trying to find a reasonable solution to our problem! Cold showers for a week! We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater. I had several plumbers come in and give an estimate. It was no where near reasonable as what Jesus gave me. We have a Noritz EZ98 installed. It wasn't just the price, that 'wowed' me. It was the ingenuity and his willingness to save his clients money. He applied his years of experience to do his clients good. He. gave a suggestion no other plumbers thought of (of maybe they did but wanted me to go to the more expensive route) When I was talking to him, I didn't feel like I was being ripped off and felt at ease compared to the others. My Rheem tankless decided to die after five years (heat exchanger leak onto blower fan). Thankfully it was still covered by warranty. I contacted Rheem, submitted the photos they requested, and got my warranty claim approved. Then I found All Tankless on Rheem's website and contacted Pedro who was super friendly and was able to come the following morning. I texted him photos of my tankless and the serial number, and he was able to prepare the replacement water heater the day before and showed up with it to my house. We needed to move our water heater (2 years old) to the other side of the house because of an upcoming kitchen remodel... I called 5 different companies for estimate and information. In the end, I chose All Tankless because of the following reasons: 1. Pedro - He is freaking awesome... super nice guy, very trustworthy, funny to deal with, and no b.s.... Pedro took care of our house personally the entire process, from estimate to inspection to installation to testing.. It's hard to find honest people in the trade sometimes, Pedro has earned my trust. 2. Price - The price was very reasonable.. not the lowest and not the most expensive (I had a company quote me $2000 above All Tankless!!). Pedro's pricing was straightforward.. he didn't nickel and dime me for rerouting the gas pipe, adding electrical, or anything. 3. Experience - I learned that Pedro is certified by Navien and Noritz (at least)... so that means he has taken the time to learn these systems and to be at the top of his game. The feedback on Yelp was great, that definitely helped my confidence in the company. 4. Other stuff - I ended up choosing Navien because of the internal circulator pump function. Pedro charged me a little bit more because of this but his "upgrade" price was much more reasonable than other companies. We had our house repiped a year ago and since then, I have been hearing knocking sounds whenever one of the toilet flushes. Pedro secured the pex pipes underneath my house without additional fee. We had All Tankless Water Heater & Plumbing come out and give us an estimate for a tankless water heater. They were very professional and gave us a great quote. We unfortunately didn't replace the water heater due as it was a little more expensive than we had planned for. We did use them for some of our other plumbing needs and Jesus is a great guy, does great work and is trustworthy. He replaced our water supply valve to our fridge and snaked out a pipe that was slow draining. While snaking the pipe it was evident there was a lot of buildup and he stated it would take a little longer and more effort than originally planned and cost a little more. I appreciated him giving us the heads up. He got it unblocked and now things are draining nicely. A few months later, we purchased a stove and found out the angle valve supply the gas to the stove needed to be swapped out from a 1/2" to 5/8" and we could get the stove installed until that was done. So with stove sitting in the kitchen I started calling around and no one could get out there the same day. I called Jesus, he stated he had a couple of jobs and if he could make it out today he would. I get a call at 2:15 pm Crom Jesus and he is at the door at 3 and knocks the job out in like 15 minutes and hooks the stove and checks the supply for leaks. We go to push the stove in and a little piece of the cabinet is preventing us from getting it installed. He lets me use his saw to cut the piece so it's even and stove is now in place. He didn't have to do any of that, but that's what service is to Jesus. He stated he didn't want to have me not have a stove throughout the weekend.
