If i didnt read the fine print, he would have. as I said pricing is wrong, he said no this is correct until I showed him the text history as proof. Avoid this business. There were several red flags in my experience. We called them for a clogged toilet and shower. After they attempted to fix it, a valve in the main sewer line ended up damaged and the situation became worse. They then told us that a section of our sewer line was broken and that it would cost thousands of dollars to repair. When we asked for proof of the broken pipe, none was provided at that time. Because of this, we decided to get second opinions from two other plumbing companies. Both inspected the line and told us they did not find a broken pipe in the sewer line. When we asked Super Marco to show us where the broken pipe was located, the area they pointed to did not appear to have plumbing lines based on the layout of the house. The recommendation involved digging and performing expensive repairs. Based on this experience and the other inspections we received, we decided not to proceed with their recommendation. We were startled to see that our shower was overflowing and water was spreading through our walls and into our adjacent bedroom carpeting. Marco responded within minutes and was on property within an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue (roots had grown into our pipes) and showed us for ourselves with his pipe camera. that same day, he was able to dig out the damaged pipe and replace with a new pipe. He also added a clean trap so that the pipes can be more easily maintained going forward and installed a perma-liner through the pipes going under our house that were starting to show early root growth. While he was there, he did a quick check of all our sinks and toilets, tightening loose faucets and fixing a running toilet.
