I think I've given reviews of Rayne before but today blew me away! I'm elderly and slowing down. Finances are getting a little tighter as prescription prices go up. I'm sure I'm not alone. So I decided to cancel my soft water service. I called and canceled and they were very nice and set up the appointment to pick up the equipment. A month later I got this in the mail! My bank had continued to make payments! This is a large community of elderly persons and this company could easily have just ignored my error and waited for me to notice and complain. But they didn't. They called me and told me my bank is still sending them payments and told me that they were sending me checks to refund the payments in error. Stay away from these guys. We are new to Bullhead City and called the company for water check up…read more We paid for the checkup and agreed to use them in salt service, at $35. They were supposed to fill right away, but took 2 weeks to get us 2 bags of salt. According to bank records they were paid $35 on 02/06/25 (handed the sales man our debit card). Because of the hassles getting salt needed, we called and canceled the service over the phone and the young lady just hung up on me at the time I complained. We were then billed and paid another $40.50 on 04/15/25 again. We have only ever received 2 bags of salt and were clear we didn't want their poor service. They have not been back since , but today I got billed for both $35 and $40.50. (Have print outs of payments made.) Maybe the young lady thought this would be funny (mistreating senior citizens in this manner.) Horrible customer service! This will go to court on our end if not cleared asap. Requiring immediate action to resolve.

Come to find out Mark didn't hook the water to the fridge up correctly and the water leaked in the wall and caused mold. Mark would not take any responsibility. I had to pay another contractor to come out and fix the moldy wall and correct his mistake. Now a few years later my hot water heater that he replaced shorted out and caused an electrical fire. I called Mark, he sent Chad out to take a look, and guess what? He says it wasn't his fault. Two separate plumbers disagree. They both said it was a bad installation didn't cap a ground wire which shorted out. I would say not only run but run fast from this unreliable contractor who will NOT guarantee his work.

After he had finished the installation and I went to turn on this watering system - he said that this would kill my plants and that this hookup needed to be done before the water softener. He could have very easily done this at the time he was installing the system. He said he did not have the parts to add a new connection before the water softener and showed me where it should go, (trying to be a nice guy and did not see it as that big of a problem - I said that I would get the parts and do it myself). After getting the parts - I realized that there was this other line that went to the other side of my house - which he had previously brought to my attention. This was all discussed the day before he did the installation. I believe that he had forgotten about this on the day that he did the installation and now wants to put the blame on me. Since he was aware of this issue at the time of making the bid for the job, I assumed all was going to be OK. I HAD NO IDEA THAT I COULD NOT USE SOFTENED WATER FOR MY PLANTS - BUT HE DID!!! If you don't make this right - I will continue to make complaints everywhere I can. THIS IS AN OBVIOUS MISTAKE ON YOUR PART THAT YOU REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR. A VERY BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM SURE THAT YOUR 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON THIS JOB WOULD NOT BE WORTH THE PAPER THAT IT IS WRITTEN ON. It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. Our plumber has moved so when we got home we took a chance on A&C concepts, and boy did we make the right call. Patrick had his crew out to our house within a half an hour of our call assessing what needed to be done. Mitch and Jason are true professionals. My wife was in a panic asking a million questions, they just listened patiently, reassured her everything was going to be alright and said " it's what we do ma'am" and they said it with a smile which completely calmed her down. not only the Water heater needed replacing but the complete plumbing of the kitchen and the bathroom. It was 117° degrees out side but they kept forging through the crawl space and got the job done. everything is back to normal and working Perfectly. They went above and beyond the call of duty and did some extra things we weren't expecting. Patrick stands by his work with a warranty and very reasonably priced. They took a 50% deposit, ordered the equipment and came back a few days later and installed everything. No issues, & they left me with a very clean and tidy water closet! They even went the extra mile to check at my pot filler, ice machine, and refrigerator were working great before they left. I would highly recommend them to my friends because they were awesome!
