I called for repair of old water softener and requested a quote on a new softener on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They called to ask if they could come 45 minutes early which I was o.k. with. Their service manager checked out our old unit and said it would cost more than it was worth (as most sellers of new units would) and offered quotes as follows and we elected to go with their rental and it was professionally installed the next day. Their quotes as follows: 1) New unit installed plus perks too costly for my purse; 2) Monthly rental of the same unit they offered to sell which comes with free maintenance for life, a quantity of free salt. There was a $50 connection charge and they hauled off our broken softener with the first months rental of 99 cents and subsequent months rental of $27.99 monthly which includes tax (of course this quote may change over time). At this price, we must supply and haul our own salt as needed for the unit. They also will deliver salt for $8.00 a bag.and currently, you can purchase a 40 # bag of salt for about $4.00 at many stores around town. 3) Install a unit outside the house which they will maintain monthly and with this service there is no salt brought on to your property. They also offer other products such as RO filters, etc. which we did not get into. I was lucky and dealt with Chrystal in their office and Sinki their service manager who was outgoing, informative and an all around nice guy to do business with. He personally with help of his assistant "Big Lou" installed the system in good time in a very professional manner. This service was recommended to us by a friend and I told Chrystal in the office who promptly gave our friend a $25 credit for referring them to us. I can also mention that Chrystal (not sure of how she spells her name) agreed to bill our account using our credit card on a monthly basis which is great as we get points on the card and do not have to bother paying their bill. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience doing business with this company and I recommend them highly. If you use them after reading this review, please tell them that John Grey of Bullhead City, AZ recommended them and I'll get the $25 finders fee. Well my RO didn't have any water coming out yesterday evening, which I thought strange because I had just used it. So I checked the working parts last night and the tank was empty. Weird as it is always full. This morning I called Rayne Water Bullhead City location and they sent out a service repair gentleman. He checked everything and changed out lines and double checked and still no water. He called his supervisor and he came out quickly. They found the problem but it wasn't and error on the equipment side. We had just bought a new fridge I told him with water n ice thru the door. He had Brian move the fridge and there was a puddle. Welp the water line was pinched and then it cracked the line and the darn thing must have just drained all the water out of the tank. All over the floor mind you but I'm so thankful that they found the issue. The RO is filling back up and the waterline they fixed it for us and secured it to the wall. The floor is drying as well with fans. Brian and Sinuki are two amazing men and we are so thankful for their work. I don't know what would have happened to the floor and the fridge had they not found the leak. I completely forgot to add in Ms. Julie. Julie answered the phone very politely and was able to get a service tech out same day. I appreciate her help so much as well. read more

We bought a home with a good gpm well in Kingman AZ. The seller said the water was great, that they ran a series of water tests they bought at the local hardware store. We took their word for it, but I felt uneasy so after we moved in I sent a water sample to Mohave Labs in Bullhead City. To my great disappointment the test came back 3 times the recommended amount of arsenic along with the water being extremely hard and very high in alkaline. The gal at Mohave Labs gave me the number for Dan Noonen from Rayne Water Conditioning Systems and said she highly recommended them. Dan had his technician out within a day and we decided to get a whole house system, plus a reverse osmosis system for under the kitchen sink (drinking water.) A few months ago after the installation, I had our water retested. It came back "non-deductible for arsenic and I absolutely love the softness of our water and the peace of mind it brings knowing our drinking water is now safe. The system is running flawlessly and other than adding salt to the softener unit, it is totally maintenance free. Rayne services the system annually, so no worries. Great bunch of hard working professionals. Fast and very friendly. They know their craft and have the experience and a positive record of good service behind them "I am happy to have chosen Rayne Water Conditioning". If any problems in the future I am completely confident these guys with fix it fast and right the 1st time. The system is worth every penny and these are not cheap but in the long run pay for themself in health benefits and the damn Bucket Brigade. We were driving down the street with 12 1 gallon plastic bottles 2 times a week since we have moved to Bullhead City 3 months ago. The average humility so far has been under 10% and that's not healthy for us our pets and my precious acoustic guitars. If we tried to use tap water in our many humidifiers it was like a London fog and white powder everywhere. Worst water quality I have personally seen, ever. Now our new house is giving us soft water, whole house filter for washing our self s and clothes with out that itchy crunchy feel and RO at the sink and the refrigerator water and ice. I have been with Rayne for more than six years and have always enjoyed their services. In particular, I have to call out to Jay who shows my dog so much love that he whines at the gate when he hears Jay's truck drive-by! I think I've given reviews of Rayne before but today blew me away! I'm elderly and slowing down. Finances are getting a little tighter as prescription prices go up. I'm sure I'm not alone. So I decided to cancel my soft water service. I called and canceled and they were very nice and set up the appointment to pick up the equipment. A month later I got this in the mail! My bank had continued to make payments! This is a large community of elderly persons and this company could easily have just ignored my error and waited for me to notice and complain. But they didn't. They called me and told me my bank is still sending them payments and told me that they were sending me checks to refund the payments in error. we have had Rayne Water for three years and find that we always have excelent service. we have never had a problem with our water service and we live in a very hard water water district. people without a water softener suffer from dry skin. they also suffer from water erosion that causes damage to their pipes. we have never suffered from any of the hard water problems that people without a water conditioning service suffer from. we have always had excellent and respectful service from the man, Jay Lucas, who checks and replaces the salt every month. if I ever have any questions(and I rarely do} he is quick and courteous to make sure I I have a complete understanding in the answer he gives to me i feel he is a great representative for the type of company Rayne Water and I feel I have great value in my experience with Rayne Water. read more

We are very pleased with the service Rayne of Bullhead City provides. We have been with them for 25 years. We purchased a Rayne system to provide soft water for the entire home in the Spring of 2000. It performed extremely well and in the 22 years it was in service it only required 3 service calls. Unfortunately it reached the end of its useful life and we opted for the bi-monthly soft water tank delivery mode. We are senior citizens and lifting the 40-pound salt bags was not in our best interest. For the past 3 years Rayne route technician Louie has serviced us every 2 weeks. One shining star for Rayne in Bullhead City, AZ is their Tech support and his name is Sinvki Sele. When I started with Rayne in 2002 Sinvki was their first tech that we met. Any problem we incounterd was taken care of by him. My husband would stand and watch, ask questions and visit. When my husband died I moved away for four years then came back. My local change out driver Louie does a great job. He is careful and considerate when he drives to my back area to change out the tank. I have a decorative steel cover over my tank. He is always careful not to dent or scratch it when he pulls it out. Also, when he puts it back its always straight and in the right place. I do not have to go out and adjust. We are snowbirds from Washington state and have been coming down here for 8 years now. Rayne water was recommended to us and we have been using them every year. Every Thursday I leave my door unlocked and Jay comes in, closes the screen door behind him so my cats don't get out and shuts the door as he leaves.
