I went in person to change the time, and they told me it could be scheduled for any day. On the day of my appointment (Thursday), they charged me for a consultation, even though I had already reserved the exact service I needed. Then they told me that to keep the promotional price, I had to come back on a Friday. When I tried to reschedule again, they demanded that I prepay half of the cost, ignoring the fact that my boyfriend had already left a deposit. Due to the ongoing miscommunication and the rude, unhelpful attitude from the staff, I decided not to proceed with the treatment. After I posted my review, the doctor called me a liar, when in reality the issue has been the staff's poor communication and management. My question is: why are they refusing to refund the deposit to my boyfriend if I never received the service and even paid for a consultation? This seems completely unfair and incorrect.

Most of them have faded over the years, but two small ones remain, so we wanted to see if laser treatment would be an option. The doctor took the time to carefully examine her and gave us an honest recommendation. He explained that she's still too young for the procedure because she would likely need anesthesia for laser treatment. Instead of rushing into it, he advised us to wait until she's around 10 years old, when the birthmarks may become less noticeable on their own and laser treatment would be easier and safer. We truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. It's refreshing to meet a doctor who puts the patient's best interests first instead of recommending an unnecessary procedure. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff was kind, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
