When I drove it in the rain, I noticed the wipers didn't touch the glass is a couple of spots, especially on the driver's side. I thought maybe it was the wipers or wiper arms. I bought 2, driver's side, but that wasn't the problem. Workmen came to inspect it & agreed it was a defect in the glass. As of today, 6/8/26, I've called 8 times. The North Charleston SC location manager & the district manager won't call me to discuss this problem. Thankfully, my windshield held out, but the substantial crack in it kept enlarging, and I could not help but wonder how this industry makes it difficult to impossible to get service outside of regular business hours. If anything, major holidays are a time of elevated car problems as many people are driving long distances. And not everyone will be so fortunate as to be able to drive away from an incident. I also note this because upon arriving, the place didn't seem so busy that they couldn't have squeezed someone like me in a bit sooner. Having noted all this, my actual service was fine. It was quicker than advertised, being finished in a little over an hour despite some jazz about how computerized safety features required some special calibration. My insurance covered my windshield, thankfully, and I didn't see any value in adding new windshield wipers as they suggested. Ultimately, my problem was solved, but I still think we need a vehicle emergency room that's open all hours.

My personal experience with a recent car accident repair was well planned, parts acquired in a…read moretimely manner, well installed and functional. The rear door needed replacement. The door contains many electronics; electric window, door locks, Bose speaker.The inside has leather door trim pieces. All looks great. The exterior paint and clear coat was well applied and blended nicely. It will needs to weather for a month before my wax and sealant is used, so it appears newer than the 14+ year old paint on the rest of the exterior. The gap and trim all looks great. I am very satisfied with the results, their time-on-task was acceptable considering that parts needed to be ordered, installed, painted, etc. And then there was some mechanical suspension adjustments and replacements needed, such as,a new rear rim. The shop provided perspective that was helpful to identify what was part of the insurance claim and coordinated with insurance to determine if the car was worthy of repairing, which is a challenge every car faces if damage is extensive and TOTALLING the car could be forced if the cost exceeds specific percentage of the typical retail value of the car. The shop is well managed and communicates when new information becomes available. I am providing a before photo at the scene of the accident and one taken after the repairs were made. There are reflections of other cars on the after picture, but in person, there are no unusual glitches; it looks great. The staff were courteous and offered to contact Enterprise Rental too. This business cares to make the experience as painless as possible.
