Precision Auto schedule an appointment quickly and their staff came promptly and replaced the window. They were very professional. We actually had to call them back as the glass had a defect. When I drove it in the rain, I noticed the wipers didn't touch the glass is a couple of spots, especially on the driver's side. I thought maybe it was the wipers or wiper arms. I bought 2, driver's side, but that wasn't the problem. Workmen came to inspect it & agreed it was a defect in the glass. As of today, 6/8/26, I've called 8 times. The North Charleston SC location manager & the district manager won't call me to discuss this problem. I just want another windshield without defects (it's still available on secondary markets) or my money back so I can get another one!

I was on the hospital having major surgery the day it was to be picked up. Mike said to me don't worry about the vehicle or extra costs, take care of your health, and we'll take care of the rest. He said if someone can drop off the rental to him and take my truck at some point, didn't have to be me, he'd get them out fast to get to me. My wife stopped on the way to the hospital that morning and he had her out and on her way in under 30 minutes.
