I called them Wednesday night and was told it would be done by Thursday afternoon. But to find out they had not touched my truck yet. They lied approximately 9:30 am on Thursday I received a phone call that they took a look at my motor and it needed to replaced That would have been nice to know on Monday. Then, I was told I would receive a $7000 bill because my motor had to be put back together before It could leave. Another lie i told them to stop working on my truck and push it outside. It still cost me $2200 for a couple hours of work what they did not document the hours on my bill.. Terrible experience so bad I went and bought GMC . I will never visit brickfird again and my service advisor never returned any of my phone calls left 3 messages on Friday, trying to figure out what to do with my truck and when I could pick it up, I've never received a phone call back, finally drove down there and paid them. The ridiculous money and had a tow truck pick up my truck! I would not recommend taking your vehicle there I'm not sure they know what they're doing. Terrible service.

He was very flexible and accommodating with scheduling (even though I had to ask him to juggle schedules several times to try to meet our needs), Jim is very knowledgeable, having done this work for decades - answering numerous technical questions and willing to provide his honest opinion and actionable advice. I will definitely call Jim the next time we are looking for a used car. Full disclosure, due to logistical issues on my end, I had to use another shop for our pre-purchase inspection service. We also had several false calls, where we were trying to jump on a car and lost it. (Jim was ready, nevertheless.). Absolutely not Jim's issue. (Ultimately, I needed a very particular set of tests for the car we bought and, as I learned from Jim, those tests cannot be performed in the field.)
