They sent text after text to get my husband and I to schedule and then when we finally did, constant, repeated reminders. They called 3 times in the span of a week to confirm, not to mention text messages. We were late to the appointment and was told only one of us could be seen, which was me. When we got there for the appointment, the first thing I was told was I was not due for an exam until April next year! I was truly upset! If the front desk was worth their paychecks, they would have confirmed this at the time of the appointment! So, I've lost out on a morning of work for nothing. So, check your policies before making an appointment, because they don't.

Frutchey Eye Care has been one of my best finds this year. The entire office staff, from the front desk, to the optician to the optometrist were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to get in quickly for an appointment (no waiting for weeks!), and I saw Dr. Mark. He was very thorough in his explanations, and I didn't spend too much time waiting for him. The whole process was pretty easy, and he made sure to demonstrate why I might benefit from new glasses (I knew it was long past time though, he didn't need to convince me- I was having a hard time reading street signs at night and knew I needed to get that taken care of ASAP). The selection of glasses is a tad pricy but there are loads of them, and my coverage is decent. The co-pay for the actual office visit wasn't much at all, and they answered all my questions happily. I would definitely recommend them. The day my glasses came in, I got a call late in the evening, and rushed to get there before they closed at 7. I made it at about 6:58 and they were happy to take care of me regardless of the time, which was greatly appreciated. Just to note, the optician isn't available on Wednesdays. I would definitely recommend Frutchey Eye Care for all your optometry needs!

She apologized but said it my new contacts would take 4-6 weeks from what the company said. I asked for a new pair of trial lenses and they gave it to me without costs. It's July 27, 2025 and approaching 8 weeks and I still have not received my new prescription. I've never heard of waiting two months for a contact lens prescription.

Called 4 times today, saw an appt available for 1:45 and wanted to see if it was actually available and who would be the Dr. (I've called about 6-8 times since my initial booking / referral in 2 weeks) Randomly called about 20 mins ago, got someone abrupt and rude who was more about getting me off the phone than to address my questions. "Oh that was me, its easier so I don't have to call people 'that early' in the morning. The text was received 9:38am, your business opens at 10am. What are you talking about? AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS…read more Absolutely disgraceful experience (avoid going to this place at all costs) I went to this shop to fix my the back of my iPhone which was shattered , the phone was fully functioning without any issues. Went home after having a new back glass installed for 106USD to find out that - Front Camera is not working -power button is slightly stuck -no sound - volume buttons aren't working -phone started to get really hot so I disconnected it from charger Went to the shop this morning to sort out the issue, and the technician there attempt to fix what happened with the phone and the only option I had to accept him replacing the original spare parts with non-original spare parts An hour later went to the shop to find the phone in pieces with the fire extinguisher on the desk and the battery seemed melted Had to speak on the phone to 2 of the managers where one of them was trying to manipulate And twist the facts saying the glass is fine but they are offering to fix the phone , I demanded a refund for the service I paid for and have them repairing the phone as they were the ones who caused to damage due to poor installation After a lengthy talk and haggling I was offered to have the glass they installed removed , having a refund paid getting the phone fixed at their costs which I agreed to Mins later I was told this is not possible and I can only get either a refund or have them fixing my phone , they even refused to replace the device So I had to bear the loss with them Not taking ownership of what happened , I agreed to the refund and took back the phone which is now literally a piece of metal I am believer that mistakes could happen but it is how they handled it , their manipulative and twisting techniques in dealing with situations like this I'll be writing everywhere about them
