We answered all CoVid questions correctly, and our temperatures were normal (handheld to forehead thermometer). She wore gloves and a mask. She highlighted our names for our 1:30 appointment for the 2nd Hepatitis A shot. Our first was in September at the Tarpon Springs location, which is closed indefinitely. This one is open, large, clean, and all CDC guidelines are being followed for a safe, well visit. Chairs are 6 feet apart, and only one was empty. So Husband and I shared that one until another waiting room opened up with 5 empty chairs. It was a very nice area, like the lobby: clean, with a TV, and chairs spaced out for social distancing. There was no free Wi-fi, but we had good cellular service with Verizon. Our appointment was at 1:30. At 2:15, Marilena brought us into her office. She gave us our immunization records. Then she gave us our shots. She was skillful, friendly, and fast. Going in, it did not hurt. Afterwards it hurt! Then we were done. I would gladly give 5 stars if we had not waited 45 minutes to be seen.

The BayCare Medical Group Oldsmar offices are located in a fairly new and well kept office park and the facilities are modern and clean. The walls of the doctors offices are filled with great travel pictures from the doctors travels. After unsuccessfully trying to get an appointment with a primary care doctor in the Tampa General Medical Group within 30 days, my insurance referred me to Dr Hughes with the BayCare Medical Group who was able to give me an appointment within 3 days, which was just what I needed. The Baycare Medical Group has convenient online appointment scheduling, online pre-appointment paperwork, online lab results, and online medical charts so you don't have to spend a long time on the phone. After checkin it was only a 5 minute wait to see Dr. Hughes. Dr Hughes was friendly, able to answer all my questions confidently, very knowledgeable, even asked follow up questions to figure out my situation, and helped find the best solutions for me. Quest diagnostics is located next door so it was super convenient for me to go after my Doctor's appointment to get vital blood screening lab work. BayCare Medical Group Oldsmar's primary care physicians offer the first point of contact for patients with an undiagnosed health concern, continued care for a variety of health conditions, yearly physical exams, and preventive medicine. The BayCare Medical Group provides complete and seamless continuum of care, as part of the BayCare Health System, connected to 15 leading Tampa Bay hospitals in 4 Central Florida Counties. BayCare Medical Group Oldsmar's Healthcare Providers include Dr Juan Falla, Dr Danny Fox, Dr David Hughes, Dr Matthew Vermeer & Tara Dixon APRN. If you're in the Westchase or Oldsmar area and in need of a primary care provider doctor, I highly recommend you visit BayCare Medical Group!

Extremely Disappointed With Billing Negligence and Lack of Accountability…read more I visited Bayside Urgent Care and clearly informed the receptionist--three times--before receiving any services that I needed to make sure my insurance would cover everything. I was assured and proceeded based on that understanding. The doctor recommended a lab test "just in case," and I followed his medical advice. At no point did anyone warn me that the lab they would send my sample to was out-of-network. A few weeks later, I received a huge bill from an outside lab that does NOT accept my insurance. I called Bayside Urgent Care immediately to understand why my labs were sent to an unauthorized office when I had explicitly stated multiple times to verify insurance coverage. The receptionist was dismissive, unhelpful, and simply told me: "You received the bill, so it's your responsibility. Talk to the lab." No concern, no accountability, no explanation. To make things worse, when my insurance agent contacted Bayside Urgent Care today, the office suddenly changed their story, claiming they had sent my labs to a different facility that does accept my insurance. Meanwhile, I continue to receive large bills from the out-of-network lab, and Bayside Urgent Care refuses to assist or correct the issue. This has been stressful, misleading, and completely avoidable had the staff simply honored my repeated requests to verify insurance coverage. Their inconsistent statements and lack of responsibility are unacceptable. I do not recommend this urgent care to anyone who values transparency, proper billing practices, or respectful customer service.

There were minor side effects, but the drug actually worked an the side effects faded away after I stopped taking the drug. There are several studies that Clinical Research of West Florida participates in. All participants are paid for their time although I just wanted help with my annoying issue. All treatments and procedures are paid for by the study as well. First off, the facility is very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff at Clinical Research of West Florida are some of the most friendliest and caring people that you will ever run across in any medical facility. The Dr. that worked on my particular study (you visit a Dr.'s office a couple of times during the study off site) was extremely friendly and explained everything in great detail. There are 3rd party diagnostic appointments that are well planned out so you aren't stuck in a waiting room all day. If you decide you would like to be a guinea pig due to some medical issue that you have, I would highly recommend checking out Clinical Research of West Florida. Maybe you will be lucky enough to qualify for a drug that actually fixes your ailments like I did.

Totally unexpected. And what? This place saved her life. ER doctors were great! Nurses, 100% amazing! Lance on the 4th floor called for ICU when he realized she was septic at 104F it. Then. Dr Lombard - Urologist. Saved her life - both of them. Then Donna - Charge nurse on floor 5 after everything was done. Her crew was top notch and #1. My wife spent 11 days in this hospital. Donna and her nursing staff were the best I have ever experienced at ANY hospital in my entire life. Kudos to these ladies who work their butts off behind the scenes. They even let my Dalmatian come into the hospital with me. And I had only 1 really terrible nurse on the 4th floor ( Julie - you know who you are - thank god you do not work for me - you'd be fired instantly - you almost killed my wife - thanks for not listening to her - made her sleep in puke with a 104 fever and septic - real good Julie. ) Lance came on shift after Julie and noticed she was 104F and called for ICU instantly and knew she was septic. This Julie nurse almost killed my wife - I hope you can sleep at night. Every single other doctor and nurse was thorough and helpful. Thank you to Lance on 4, Donna on 5, and ALL of the nurses on 5. My wife and I have sat and cried about how well she was treated at this place. We have reflected on how Julie almost killed her. And how Lance saved her life, and Dr Lombard as well. We cried about all the great experiences we had on the 5th floor with Donna and each of her nurses. Donna and her staff made this the absolute most wonderful hospital stay that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I want to express extreme gratitude to these people. Thank you! You saved her life! *Quick mention* Security staff at the front entrance - you guys were top-notch. I really enjoyed you guys, and thank you for everything!
