The staff have always been more than pleasant to me and my family. If any of them are crotchety for some reason, it's probably for a reason I can relate to...but I've never experienced it for myself. The "only" space that was available was twice the size and price of the one I reserved. I was then asked to provide a different email address than my U-Haul account was under "for security reasons". This is the address the "new" reservation was placed under. Later I received an email to ask for feedback on why I was I was a "no show" for the original reservation placed under my original U-Haul account. I contacted the manager with no response. The staff told me they were the only U-Haul in a town with two universities so customer service didn't matter.
