The wash car-moving mechanism started and stopped with jolts several times during our last go through with really scary buzzing noises. The water to rinse the 2/3rds soap got shut off mid rinse during one of these alarming grinding halts and started again after, once missing a portion of the car. The Dry and Shine side drying rollers didn't function, hanging limp. Oak Lawn has too washes for service to be this bad. Time to try another company.
