Worst experience I ever had turning on a new service and it still doesn't work even close to what…read morewas sold. Long story short, great sales experience. I opted for the 2Gig eero7 mesh router unit with cellular backup. Next day they are out to mark the property for the fiber run to the house. That's about as good as it gets unfortunately. "Outdoor" Tech came Monday to bury fiber to the house and cut my Spectrum Cable, so I was out of internet service for a day and a half until Spectrum ran a new line yesterday. I ordered 2Gig with eero7 and cellular backup. Tech couldn't get the unit to work. After 5 hours, he ended up putting in a Radisys all in one ONT instead and that was able to be provisioned.. He told me that the other end was a Radisys unit, so it had to be a Radisys ONT on my end. I don't know what to believe.. So here I sit without the eero7 setup, max speed of 800MB if I'm plugged in. I was told the Nokia won't work at my house?? Called them Wednesday and they said the eero7 should have been installed and absolutely should work, now they're sending the same guy out today (Friday) to see what they can do between 1 and 5. Tech calls to say he's running late around 1PM. Promptly at 1:30 Tech drives down my road and turns around, I go out to meet him and he's gone. He said he had to run do a quick call and will return. 4 hours later, 5:30PM on a Friday, I call him. He said he said he was going to stop by and tell me in person that he couldn't do anything for me until they upgrade the head end. Now here I sit on Friday evening with no resolution and no idea who's telling the truth at Ripple, but now I guess I'll have to wait until Monday to call then to see if I can get a truthful answer. BTW, they did make sure to charge me my first month's bill after the tech left the first time..... Just Awful.

They know you don't have many other options so the reps don't care. The new customer rates make things look appealing, but the rest of us are paying over double the amount for base services. They have a plan listed on their website for 100mbps and their FAQ says that should be enough, but apparently that speed isn't available for current customers. The lowest you can do is 500mbps. Was just offered a 1 year "promotion" for $85/month as I am currently paying $100/month (for just internet!). They said no hidden fees but I'll believe it when I see it. The two separate people I chatted with gave me prices that differed by $5-10 and kept changing. It's all a racket.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Spectrum (Charter Communications) has been so…read moreconsistently poor that it needs to be called out. In less than 90 days of service, I've experienced at least a dozen outages--many of them happening overnight between midnight and 4-5 a.m. with zero warning or communication. The service simply drops, as if reliability isn't even a priority. For anyone who depends on a stable connection for work, this isn't just frustrating--it's costly and unacceptable. What makes this worse is the complete lack of transparency and accountability. There's no proactive notification, no real explanation, and no sense that the customer's time or livelihood matters. It feels like Spectrum assumes customers won't notice or won't care--which is an incredibly poor way to operate a service people rely on daily. Paying for a service that repeatedly fails without warning isn't just disappointing--it's a breach of basic expectations. If you need dependable internet for anything important, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This has been one of the most unreliable and frustrating service experiences I have ever had, and their complete LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY has now become a legal matter, so GAME ON! ::

So I had an iPhone 6 until 2019 when I moved, and they came to my home and offered me an iPhone XR for free if I would switch to them. Just wanted to let y'all know about how happy I've been with AT&T, and honestly it's been the best experience for me with iPhones. This year, I'm eligible to upgrade to an iPhone 13 pro, once again, for free. I highly recommend them and I'm just sharing this information in case anyone else loves iPhones but also isn't in the business of paying for them. Love and light to y'all!

AT&T Fiber in Charlotte NC, particularly in the Harrisburg area is a garbage company. After 4…read moreoutages in 1 month I'm tired of telling their pitiful calling center that I know it's not their fault. Screw em. They can hear it all. I hope they hear it so much they revolt. This useless company, and its useless service deserve to pay out millions for the amount of time and money they cost their users. And lest you think I'm bitching because I can't watch Netflix you're wrong. And if you think I'm someone that just doesn't want to go back to the office, you are wrong. I work for a MASSIVE corporation. It is in media. There are shifts that I have no choice but to work remotely. T-Mobile has saved me 3 times this summer by allowing me to struggle through shifts by using my phone as a hot spot. I'm posting this through a T-Mobile hotspot now. ATT has been out since 1:30 this afternoon. It's now 11:10pm. ATT is trash. Their customer service is trash. And their pathetic offering of a couple of bucks off the bill is a joke. It's criminal. They like to behave as though they cost us a minor inconvenience. But grow up! This is 2026! Many (and I would argue most) of us depend on our WiFi to work our businesses and run our lives. They didn't cost me $5 bucks because I couldn't be entertained. They have cost me HUNDREDS of dollars an hour by not being able to perform my work. They deserve to have their lunch eaten by any other player in this field. It is a pathetic and dying company that cannot keep up in the modern era. The moment I have an alternative to their GARBAGE service I will be done. Google cannot get to my development soon enough. If you're from here and have them, you know the pain. If you defend them then you either work for em or have some allegiance to them because of a family member. I can only hope one day that there is a class action lawsuit. Not so those effected can become rich like the fat dirtbags at the top of this trash heap of a company. But just so we can all be compensated for the actual amount of money we actually lost, and a little extra for the pain we've endured. We don't want a coupon, we don't want one of your useless trash products that require your garbage service to potentially work. I want a check for the rightful amount owed to me and then I want a VIP seat to the parade that should be thrown on the day you're run out of town. This company deserves to rot!

You just connect to the wifi signal that is already in your building, enter in your credit card info on their webpage, then you're good to go. Their customer service isn't bad either. Around the time of the DNC, the internet was on the fritz due to the apparent need to 'protect freedom' or something like that. They did get right on the problem and tried to get things working. Their speeds can be pretty slow at random times (maybe a lot of people using the same router?), but pretty good at other times. I just read that they can install an ethernet connection in your place and you can have your own router, which would probobaly help a lot. I made a bit of a mistake when I was moving out because I didn't realize that you need to give a 30 day notice to cancel. I assumed it was the same as signing up, quick and easy. I also figured they'd prorate your final month or something... I was wrong, but the crappy thing was that I had to send four inquiries to them to finally figure out the details. I was always pretty flexible and easy going with them about their mistakes, wished they could've saved me the $26.50 from my last month that I really needed for food on my move-out.
