We were very happy with each phase of our first day with this company. They set us up with their 1st available appointment that was over a month out, but put us on a call earlier list if there is a cancellation. This was great for us, because as retirees we could be available at a days notice. Both of us got calls to come in earlier than our scheduled appointments. Front desk staff were very efficient at processing Maggie & I as 1st time patients. The dental team makes the 1st appointment 2hrs long to do a very thorough exam. They want your input to get your level of involvement in the dental care process. The equipment they have is top of the industry standard. It gives the patient a good view of dental issues, allowing a more knowledgeable choice by patient & Dentist. We never felt pressured to additional care that wasn't truly required at the present time. We were given a break down priority list of items needed & told they would work with us on payment steps based on the priority list. Even given discounts on how payments can be made. I see them on Monday for 1st step in fixing some of my issues. We highly recommend this Dental Care Family

While I was already frustrated by being charged at every consecutive visit, I asked the front desk staff member, Cole, for a clear explanation of the billing. He gave me a completely cold reception. While we were trying to resolve a payment issue due to an expired card, I called their office line to find an alternative way to pay. While explaining to the phone representative that the front desk wasn't explaining the charges clearly, Cole interrupted and defensively snapped that he had already explained it. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. While we both may have been having a stressful day, his customer service was completely unacceptable. Hoping to resolve the situation, I tried to schedule an appointment with the manager last Thursday to explain what happened. I was promised a callback from management that never came. Instead, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment the following week, I was told they had canceled my appointment and would no longer service me. While I respect that businesses have their own policies and I have no desire to return, their complete lack of communication and failure to address a customer service issue is deeply disappointing. My advice to anyone visiting this clinic: If you are having a stressful day, need billing clarity, or simply have questions about where your money is going--do not ask. If you question them or ask too many questions, expect to be dropped as a patient

I first contacted his office due to…read moreseveral chipped teeth, needing a few extractions, needing crowns, and fillings due to a preexisting condition. I articulated how sensitive my mouth is to his staff and they handled it as well as I could have hoped. They evaluated the state of my mouth, created a plan to address the issues right then and there (including different options that were available as well as the financial cost of each option), and he was able to plainly and simply explain to me what was happening, what had caused it, and prevention measures in the future (such as Clinpro toothpaste). Throughout the experience Dr. Ash and his staff did everything possible to ensure the comfort of the patient, utilizing several numbing techniques (as well as having the option of using laughing gas at any time for a fixed fee of $75 per use, if memory serves me correctly), and offering ibuprofen if pain is anticipated once the numbing wears off. He also personally went out of his way to ensure that all of the work was done in the most cost efficient manner. Dr. Ash refuses to up-charge and will instead offer discounts depending on the work set to be done. He also has a dental payment plan that is available should you need to pay incrementally. Additionally, he gave me his personal number to contact him in the event that the healing process gave me something unexpected, and he has responded and gone out of his way on the weekend (!!!) to give me his professional advice on varying topics related to my procedures, what to expect, and if what i'm experiencing is 'normal'. He is also willing to prescribe pain medication for the severe pain/procedures (like extractions) where ibuprofen or similar pain killers just aren't enough. His staff is fantastic, warm, and friendly - starting with Jerry who greets me with a smile (or used to, before COVID, now I just assume he's smiling under his mask) upon my arrival. His dental hygienists are friendly and I have had a number of good conversations on a variety of topics that had nothing to do with dentistry. The equipment doesn't appear to be 'state of the art', but he is able to do everything efficiently nonetheless. My only complaint is that Dr. Ash, who is himself a musician, has such a robust playlist of music (from his library, not spotify or radio) that I will routinely hear songs that i've never heard before, instantly like, and want to purchase myself, only to forget it a few songs later when the process inevitably repeats itself. I still have not heard the same song more than once and I'd say i've spent roughly 15 hours in his chair over the past calendar year. All in all, Dr. Ash will be my dentist for as long as I'm within a 100 mile radius of his office. Cannot say enough good things about this practice.

The waiting time is usually more than expected, which makes your appointment last longer than anticipated. Some of the treatment rooms aren't fully private, as they have a wall that doesn't fully extent to the exterior wall. You can hear the patient next to you, which is dislike. I have switched to another practice since Parkway dropped my insurance provider. I received a notification from my insurance carrier, but not from Parkway. The courtesy of a notification from the practice would have been appreciated.
