After weeks of waiting they informed us they were never going to receive the chair. Frustrated, we returned the first chair and decided to re-do the room with all new furniture. We purchased 2 sets of the exact same couch and chair. Both the chairs were mismatched. One of the large couches was missing a leg. I contacted Laurie the sales rep we had been working with. He said he would work on finding the leg and identifying the issue. After two weeks and a few check-in's we heard nothing. Finally, I messaged again and Laurie said he no longer worked there. This issue was never resolved. Through the entire process I have had to be the one to reach out, they have never once followed up with us, nor did they come up with a solution or a credit back. I would not recommend using them.

We went back to Furniture Shack the next day to sit on the couch again to confirm that it "had enough sink, Mom" and that's when we met Brett. Amanda could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable! She has an amazing ability to plot out and visualize how things will look in the space of the room and we really needed that! Chris was our sales rep and did a great job helping us find what we wanted. Or at least what I thought we wanted.... Made the purchase for $2000 and set up delivery options. A month later we get the call that it's time , the loveseats are ready. Yay!! Happy days.... Wrong. So the delivery drivers show up and go about their business removing our old sectional couch and bringing in the new loveseats. As they are putting these things together I'm noticing some things, the pieces aren't lining up properly and there are gaps and other issues that are visible and then the installers can't get the backs of the chairs to clip in securely. They are telling me that these parts aren't right and possibly defective. Dammit! So I decide not to accept delivery on these and get a phone call from Chris telling me that they wont charge me a restocking fee if I come in to get a refund. Really? A restocking fee on defective parts? WTF? So I go in and they tell me they got it all figured and and everything is good. I ask to see the units and immediately can see that they have lied right to my face about this. Grab the back of the loveseat and with very minimal effort pull the whole thing apart . I just look at him and say this is what you call all better then I look at the other loveseat right next to it and grab a hold of that one and what do you know the whole back just comes right off that one as well. By this point some other manager comes and and basically is telling me that for $900 a loveseat this is the quality you get. Now that's some bullshit! So I'm asking for a full refund which they give me but not before making me feel like this is my fault. Horrible customer service from the manager and a lack of education on how to deal with a problem like this. So I made my way to Tony's to stock up and get started. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices vary from reasonable to very expensive but that's to be expected with such a grand variety. This last season I lost a couple of small grasses and a couple of lupine to the hot summer heat but everything else looks great. The large hanging baskets that I put into the large pots on my deck were my favorites. I'll be back in the spring for more things to beautify my yard.

Not a big parking lot but it isn't small either. We kinda ran out of steam walking around and called it a day but we want to come back.
