My new furniture is super cute and gets a lot of compliments but more than that it's functional and is of decent quality. They don't offer delivery themselves, but they can help you arrange delivery with a 3rd party vendor that they use and it's only like $80. Found the color that works on the computer, found an accent chair that is not the one that went with the couch but it works and they're beautiful together! TERRIBLE PLACE. Horrible customer service. Bought a couch, was told 2 weeks for it to arrive. A month later and still no couch and being told another 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. Originally talked to Casey and he said he would talk to the owner/manager to see how we could fix the problem at hand and all the miscommunication. Didn't hear back until we called again and still an unsure answer. Seems like no one communicates around there- got a call from Nick who was extremely rude on the phone and told me to stop talking and wouldn't listen when I tried to explain the situation to him. Told me that maybe if I wrote down the name of person we talked to we would remember it. Still don't know what our options are. Can we get a refund? Don't know. Do we pay a restocking fee? Worst customer service ever,I mean it, & I never write reviews. I am a returning customer. I knew up front that I would have to wait a while for my product. I was told max 3 months & I would have my dinning set. When they ordered my set everything was fine, 3 months later I call them to check if it has arrived, they told me "ohhh it's been discontinued, good thing you called us". What? I waited 3 months & now I get nothing. After that they said they can either return me the money, or I could pick something els out, & they would check if it's in stock, but why didn't you check if this product that I really wanted was in stock?.... I looked but I didn't like anything els so i asked for my money back. But then they told me they can only do store credit. Sorry but their policy says store credit is for when a customer returns a product. I never received anything to even return! Why tell me you can refund me the money & then take your back?...So they never follow through with what they say. I told them I will call my credit card company if they don't return my money. Then they said in 7-10 business days I will have the money back in my account. 3 weeks went by, and nothing, I had to call again & remind them. And again excuses like "oh the person who deals with credit card stuff was out of town". I'm sorry, but how is that my problem or even my concern? They don't take responsibility for anything, all they do is shift blame, & don't even apologize for this whole mess at all. After getting screwed over by a big name furniture company, we were semi desperate for a new couch because we already got rid of our old couch. With the holidays approaching, we absolutely needed to have living room furniture. We stumbled across Cascade Home Decor in our hunt so we figured might as well stop in. They had a couch we were looking for, and honestly I think it's the same couch we had ordered from the other place that we never got. There was no pressure, we could look around on our own. After finding the one we wanted, we found out they had it in stock (yay!) and it could be delivered as early as next day. I definitely asked a few times to make sure we would definitely be getting the couch before Christmas and he nicely kept answering my questions. And, just like he promised it was delivered the NEXT day!! The delivery guys were super professional, quick, and neat. I really could not ask for more. We bought a couch for our office from Cascade. It broke when the very first person sat on it. The wood split in half, evidently right where a knot was. I contacted them immediately to get a refund but was told they would only do store credit. I understand that if you're just trying to make a return on a non-defective product. But in this case, I think a full refund would have gone a long way. I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because they did allow me to drive out to the store and pick up a replacement part but getting them to respond to my requests was an absolute hassle. read more

I don't recommend anyone to this funiture place. They were rude and careless. They won't return your calls. We got a bed set from them and they " crube delivery" they literally dropped off our funiture in front of the house. Thank goodness that it was summer time. They ate also terrible at communication. It was a positive experience from start to finish. I bought the Larkinhurst sleeper and loveseat and am very pleased. Jude is a very good salesman that's not pushy just helpful and works on any concerns you have. If you check the internet you will find Cascade has better prices and lower delivery fee charges then the other competitors. In fact next month going back for the matching recliner. My disabled sister needed a new power recliner that lifted. After shopping for a few months through online retailers, I decided it was important to buy it through a brick and mortar store, so I looked for well recommended stores on yelp. The best reviews were for Cascade Home Decor, and Jude at the store. After a few telephone conversations with him, I took my sister to the store to try out a few. We found an excellent chair, just what she wanted, at a very reasonable price. There was no pressure to buy, but an offer to help if she decided to go forward. After thinking about it for a few days, she had me call Jude and order it. He offered to have it delivered immediately which we really appreciated. All in all, this was a very positive experience. We purchased our dining room table set from here. The store staff were really friendly and fun. Everything they promised on when it would be ready for pick up was all accurate. I picked it up and put it together myself. The assembly was very easy, just needed a drill and wrench. The set was really well built and good quality. We have had the table now for two months and are still super happy with it. We purchased some other furniture from a different big chain store(a girl name that starts with an A). That other store had more selection but the follow through was terrible. They delivered the wrong stuff weeks later and we struggled to get ahold of them to get it corrected. About 8 weeks later we finally got the furniture we ordered. That experience made us wish we purchased more from Cascade Home Decor. When we are ready to make another furniture purchase we will definitely be coming here first. Bought a bed from these guys 2 weeks ago. After second day when I turn over the bed squeeks to the point where I wake up a few times in the middle of the night. Came in to the store to explain my problem and to see what they can do. The owner told me that if he makes a claim to ashley furniture about the bed 'squeeking' they will laugh at him. He told me they won't refund me anything and he can't help. I didn't come in for a refund, I want to sleep peacefully in my bed. What am I suppose to do now with a $2,000 bed that I can't sleep in? We bought some furniture at this place. Got the tv stand home after waiting a couple of weeks for it, opened the box and it was broken in about 20 places. Called the store and they said they could replace it but do not give refunds! How is that even a thing in this day and age? Costco will refund no questions asked after 2 years! What a nightmare. I do not usually post reviews, but my experience here has been so poor I felt that obligated to. Last Tuesday 11/8 I purchased 2 identical sectionals, I was told that they had one of them in stock currently at there warehouse and it could be there in 2 days, the other one would be roughly 10 business days out because it was coming directly from the manufacturer. Totally understandable. I told Viktor the sales person that I wouldn't be able to pick up the first sectional until Sunday, 5 days later. He said, no problem, it will be here. Fast forward to Sunday, after renting a Uhaul and hauling my old couches to the dump, the first sectional had not showed up yet, but it was sitting at their warehouse in Vancouver. I told them that wasn't too big of a deal and that I had rented a Uhaul for the day, so I could just go pick it up there. He told me that the warehouse was at the owners house and he didn't want customers going there. I said no problem, just send someone after it and I can pick it up from the location on airport way. He told me that he couldn't get a hold of the owner and that I should just wait until Wednesday when the other sectional was going to show up from the manufacturer. I told him that didn't work for me as my house was now lacking places to sit. Since I was getting nowhere with him I suggested that in order to make it right that they could just deliver the first sectional free of charge Monday. He told me "Buddy, you know you got a good deal on these sectionals, so I can't do that." It has nothing to do with what deal I got on the sectionals, $12.50 off advertised price.. but customer service, which is beyond non existent. I should have known based on their yelp reviews not to do business with them. It is now Monday, Viktor allegedly still can't get a hold of the owner and my first sectional still is not there, although I've already paid for it in full. He was nice enough to suggest that I just wait until Wednesday again when the other sectional is supposed to show up. Good riddance. read more
